Each block can stand alone or combine with other blocks to form a multi-blockset. Add as many holes as you need, in any configuration you want. There areno end pieces or connector pieces to handle. The connector body is made formhigh-strength, high conductivity aluminum alloy and is mounted in a high-strength, glass-filled polyester base.

TOOL POLICY

A. Mechanical Tools & Components

1. WarrantyHand tools are warranted for a period of one year against defects in material and workmanship. The warrantydoes not apply to tools which have been damaged by misuse or accident.

2. Tool RepairOnly tools which are deemed defective in material and/or workmanship during the one year warranty period willbe repaired (or replaced at our option). The customer pays the shipping costs back to HMC INDUSTRIES. HMCINDUSTRIES pays the shipping costs back to the customer.

B. Hydraulic Tools & Components

1. WarrantyHydraulic tools are warranted for a period of one year against defects in material and workmanship. Thewarranty does not apply to tools which have been damaged by misuse or accident. Specifically excluded arehydraulic heads which have been damaged by operation dies.

2. Tool Repair ProgramThe following tool repair program will exist for hydraulic tooling.

a. Tools which are deemed defective in material and/or workmanship during the one year warranty periodswill be repaired (or replaced at our option). Customer pays the shipping cost to HMC INDUSTRIES. HMCINDUSTRIES pays the shipping costs back to the customer.

b. Tools which become inoperative beyond the warranty period will be repaired by HMC INDUSTRIES at thecustomer’s expense. If in our estimation the cost to repair a tool exceeds 50% of the purchase price fora new tool (at the then-current list price) the customer will be advised and repairs delayed untilauthorization to proceed is received back from the customer. The customer pays shipping costs both ways.

HMC INDUSTRIES’ sole obligation (and buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy) for any breach of warranty under the fore-going warranty shall be to repair or, at HMC INDUSTRIES’ option to replace FOB the original point of delivery andgoods which are nonconforming or defective and are so specified by buyer in a written certified mail notice to an offi-cer of HMC INDUSTRIES within 90 days after receipt of such goods by buyer. Buyer expressly disclaims any and allexpress or implied warranties other than the warranty of its title to goods and the warranty herein above set forth. Suchdisclaimer includes with limitation, warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and warranty of merchantable quality.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

PAYMENT TERMS 2% 15th prox, net 30 days. Payment terms for special quotes are net 30 days unless statedotherwise on the quotation. Interest will be charged at the rate of 1½% per month on invoicesunpaid after 30 days.

FREIGHT TERMS A. All shipments will be made F.O.B. shipping point with freight costs being collect, prepaid andadded or prepaid and allowed. Shipments are freight allowed on orders of $500 net valueor more to delivery points within the continental USA using standard shipping methods andservice.

B. Buyer is responsible for filing claims for damage, shortages or losses in shipment with thecarrier.

C. Air shipments are provided upon Buyer request with Buyer responsible for all transportationcharges.

PRICES A. All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be billed at prices in effect attime of shipment, including orders scheduled for shipment at a future date.

EXCEPTIONS 1. Back ordered materials on orders received prior to the effective dateof a price increase will be billed at prices in effect at time of order fora period of 60 days following the effective date.

2. Orders held firm by a HMC INDUSTRIES quotation number fornon-cancelable, scheduled or contract orders will be billed at prices ineffect at time of order. These prices will be held firm for a period notto exceed six months from the effective date of the price increase.This exception does not apply to general blanket orders that do notcontain specific item quantities and firm scheduled ship dates.

B. Orders will be billed at applicable column prices in accordance with the quantity purchased.

C. Purchase orders must reference a current quotation number and quoted prices to receivequoted discounts. Failure to include this information will result in orders charged atstandard pricing.

D. Requests to add items to orders in process, in production or in which a shipment has beenmade will be accepted on terms applicable to the addition only.

MINIMUM ORDER A minimum net charge of $100.00, plus freight charges, is applicable for any single order.

SALES TAX HMC INDUSTRIES reserves the right to add to the sales price any tax imposed by law on the saleof any product.

DELIVERY Orders not under specific quotation must permit shipment within 30 days from the date of orderor at the factory’s convenience.

HMC INDUSTRIES will not be responsible for any delay in performance due tostrikes, labor stoppages, supplier conditions, embargoes, accidents, delays in transportation,shortage of fuel, labor or materials, fires, floods or other acts of God, and all other causes beyondthe reasonable control of HMC INDUSTRIES.

RETURNS No material may be returned without the Seller’s consent. Permission to return goods must beobtained from HMC INDUSTRIES in writing through the local representative.

WARRANTY HMC INDUSTRIES’ products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanshipfor one (1) year from the date of shipment. As it is impossible to detect all imperfections and tocontrol field application, the Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty isexpressly limited. HMC INDUSTRIES may, at HMC INDUSTRIES’ sole option repair or replaceonly such goods as prove defective. Under no circumstance will HMC INDUSTRIES be liable fordamages, costs or losses beyond the price of the goods. HMC INDUSTRIES shall not be liablefor any incidental, direct, indirect or consequential damages caused by breach of the warranty.This warranty applies provided that conditions of operation, installation and application have beenas specified and/or recommended by the manufacturer and provided that the product has notbeen subject to abnormal stresses. This warranty does not cover damage in shipment. Claimsfor damage in shipment should be made to the carrier in accordance with the Seller’s FreightTerms. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS,IMPLIED OR ORAL INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND ANYIMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

PACKAGING & Prices quoted include HMC INDUSTRIES’ standard packaging unless otherwise indicated on theCARTON quotation. For special packaging, consult the factory. HMC INDUSTRIES reserves the right toQUANTITIES round to the standard carton for items shipping to regular ship-to locations for make-to-stock

items.

SPECIAL ORDERS Make-to-order items are subject to minimum order quantities and are non-cancelable andnon-returnable. Orders for special make-to-order items may be shipped and charged above orbelow the quantity ordered and may then be considered complete. Although HMC will endeavorto make the actual quanity ordered.

CANCELLATIONS Buyer may cancel an order prior to shipment but the Buyer is liable for reimbursing the Sellerfor work performed, including labor and overhead costs and materials used. Special orders and/ormake-to-order items may not be cancelled.
