The building at 8400 Tonawanda Creek Road is set on a standard lot located on the northwest side of the street between Burdick Road and Rapids Road. Tonawanda Creek Road is a residential east-west corridor in the north-east section of the Town of Clarence and this property abuts the creek. This 2-story, cross gabled, vernacular frame folk with Italianate period detailing has wood clapboard siding. Each of the cross gable blocks is two bays wide by two bays deep. A large two story addition is to the rear and a modern side gabled two car garage is to the west. The primary entrance is enframed and protected by an open porch with trim in the L. The fenestration is even, with segmental arched enframements and shuttering. The eaves have brackets and modest molding.
The building at 8400 Tonawanda Creek Road is significant as an early-mid nineteenth century farmhouse with Italianate influences.

The barns at 8525 Tonawanda Creek Road are set on a large, non-standard lot, located on the south side of the street between Burdick Road and Rapids Road. Tonawanda Creek Road is a residential east-west corridor in the north-east section of the Town of Clarence. One side gable barn, circa 1900, and a larger front gabled mid nineteenth century barn, the two connected with a one-story shed roofed link, are to the rear of a 1940s house. Other outbuildings, including a corncrib, are to the rear.

The building complex at 8585 Tonawanda Creek Road is set on a non-standard lot, located on the south side of the street between Burdick Road and Rapids Road. Tonawanda Creek Road is a residential east-west corridor in the north-east section of the Town of Clarence. This 2-story, cross gabled, vernacular frame folk building with Italianate detailing has wood clapboard siding. The east block is front gabled, two bays wide by three bays deep. The west block is side gabled, three bays wide by two bays deep. A large two story addition, possibly historic, is to the rear. An immense one story addition is to the rear of the historic addition. A modern garage and several matching, adapted outbuildings are to the west. The primary entrance is enframed and located in the east bay of the west block, beneath the open porch with modest trim in the L. Arched and segmental arched fenestration with enframements is evenly spaced and appears to be of original four over four double-hung windows.
The building at 8585 Tonawanda Creek Road is significant as a mid nineteenth century Italianate building with original detailing and fenestration.
