The Interview Process ● We needed to improve the interview process both for

candidate experience and hiring results. ● And to get buy-in for a new process, we utilized data to

show improvements in productivity.

Example:

● 2 different interview tracks, same role● Quantified the data and found where we lost

candidates, how long they were in the process, etc.● Found that the updated process cut hiring time in 1/2
