IMPROVING TRADING PERFORMANCE
A rare opportunity to acquire a
purpose built and internationally
branded upscale hotel, in
an operating market which
experienced +8% RevPAR growth
in 2017. The Dublin Airport
hotel market is substantially
undersupplied and there
remains significant ADR growth
potential at the hotel.
GROWING CONFERENCING & BANQUETING DEMANDThe Hilton Dublin Airport benefits
from a 250 capacity ballroom and
6 additional high quality meeting
rooms. With easy access to all of the
city’s arterial motorway routes and
ample car parking, the hotel is well
positioned to capture additional
MICE demand.
F&B PERFORMANCE GROWTH
Burnells Bar & Restaurant
has recently undergone an
extensive refurbishment, resulting
in an improving average spend
and a discerning clientele.
This successful refurbishment is
still in ‘ramp up’ mode and presents
an important new design template
for the rest of the hotel.
