Records Management Supervisor
• Assist Develop and maintain user specific instruction material including work process guidelines, station procedures, flowcharts, data entry guides, training documentation and data formats used by the administrative services department.
• Maintenance of the Records Recovery Contingency Plan. • Interface with organizations to determine needs, identify resources and provide services in a
timely manner. • Assist in design activities of the record tables associated with the Electronic Document
Management System (EDMS) program for developing: table structure, forms, data layouts, reports, data entry, testing, conversion, implementation, site wide training.
• Review and provide input for application software quality assurance (SQA) program documentation (test scripts, design specifications, report specifications).
• Implementation and support of Records Management PC-based databases, configuration, troubleshoot and correct basic PC problems throughout Administrative Services.
• Perform annual and biennial quality inspection of archival microfilm, hardcopy records, and other media types (the inspection of original records for any physical defects).
• Effectively identify records and establish record's classification and retention requirements. • Interface directly with Nuclear Overview Department, Licensing, Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) and company attorneys as needed for records issues/concerns, commitments, etc.

• Interface with Nuclear Procurement Services (NPS) and/or act as contract coordinator contact with vendors to support Records Management operation (e.g., Bell & Howell for microfilm, Blackmon-Mooring-Steamatic for Disaster Recovery, etc.).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements delineated in 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, Regulatory Guide 1.88, Regulatory Guide 1.28, Regulatory Guide 1.33, ANSI N45.2.9, ANSI N45.2.11, NRC generic letter 83-28 and 90-03 and NIRMA technical guidelines associated with management of electronic records (TG-11, TG-15, TG-16 and TG-21).
