– streamlined work flows to download and purchase from the new Download Center
• Updated mobile clients– New home screen, with contextual dashboard (based on member behavior and
travel plans) and service carousel (a la Yahoo! Go)
– New “skin,” screen transitions and sonic effects
– Other style enhancements
• Communications– Improved messaging and tighter integration across product and marketing vehicles
(including mobile, web, member newsletter, system emails)
