As High View Images we have invested in a custom made 18-metre photography mast, which allows us to achieve photographs with a unique perspective of your property.  As well as using specialised high-end camera equipment, we have dedicated  computers and editing suites  to ensure we  make your home stand out  above the rest with clear and vibrant Internet ready photos.    We have a range of packages to cover every need. These include web and print format photos and a short video suitable for social media marketing and uploading to all real estate web sites. We can provide sunset photo packages as well. All this with a 24-hour business day turnaround from photo shoot to the finished product delivered to you.

A Checklist To Prepare Your Property For Professional Photos And Sale��A photo shoot will not take more than two hours and will comprise of photographs of both inside and outside of the property. �We have prepared the list below so that you can get the most benefit out of your professional photo shoot.

Outside The Home Mow and edge lawns �Tidy up any fallen palm leaves and remove any obvious weeds �Trim back any overgrown shrubs and trees �Sweep paths and driveways �Put away children's toys.�Make sure all outside lights are working, especially for a late afternoon or evening shoot.�Remove all cars from the driveway �Ensure any rubbish bins can be moved out of sight Living and Family Rooms Turn on all lights and table lamps �Remove any general clutter, books, magazines CD's from tables �Hide any extension cables or speaker cables �Tidy up any general clutter on shelves etc �Turn off television and any ceiling fans Dining Rooms Ensure the area is free of all clutter�Add a centre piece such as candles or flowers �Turn on all lights

Kitchen Clear any benchtops of clutter removing toasters, kettles, bread makers etc �Clean all benchtops and oven and dishwasher doors �Remove fridge magnets, notes, photos and calendars from fridge�Clean oven cooktops �Turn on all lights including range hood fan lights Bedrooms Ensure all beds are made�Remove any bedside alarm clocks books etc �Turn on all lights including bedside lamps Bathrooms and Ensuites Remove shampoo bottles and other personal hygiene items from shower recess or bath �Remove toothbrushes, toothpaste, shavers from benchtops �Clean all mirrors, shower screens and benchtops. �Fold clean towels neatly over towel rails or remove completely �Turn on all lights

This is suitable for showcasing smaller apartments, 3 x 1 homes and units.    Standard Daytime Photography $180 plus GST $198  Daytime photography package includes up to 26 edited images, supplied in print and web formats, and a slideshow on disc. This is a suitable package for 4 x 2 homes and larger apartments with a view.   Deluxe Daytime Photography $240 plus GST $264  Take your presentations to a higher level with mast photography; highlight a stunning garden, property features such as ocean views or how big the land is. This includes the standard daytime photography package which of up to 26 edited images, supplied in print and web formats, and a slideshow on disc.   Vacant Block Mast Photography $90 plus GST $99  Your vacant land taken with an overview photo using the mast. Photos show high view of block, street view, block boundaries marked and additional lifestyle shots to show surrounding facilities. Includes up to 12 edited photos in print and web quality and slideshow on disc.   Rural Properties $240 plus GST $264  Showcasing larger properties with mast overview pictures, house and included items like sheds, dams etc. Up to 26 edited images, supplies in web and print formats with slideshow on disc.   Additional Twilight Photography add $100 plus GST $110  Twilight photographs are used to showcase waterfront homes, properties with down lights, outdoor entertaining areas and lit pools, all of which really shine at this time of evening.
