WHO WE AREMixtipsUSA is a North American distributor for MIXPAC Products, a leading manufacturer of 2-component adhesive dispensing systems. Our facility is located in Fremont, New Hampshire, where product is inventoried, maintained and shipped. We are an engineering based companyfocused on delivering an innovative line of static mixers for hand held adhesive dispensing.

The MixTip Statomix line of static mixers is the most complete line of high quality, low cost, static mixers in the world. It includes a widevariety of plastic disposable mixers that are used with meter, mix and dispense equipment.

The MIXPAC® SYSTEM consists of a manual or pneumatic dispensing gun, a cartridge, and a static mixer, all designed to work as anintegrated high performance system. The MIXPAC® SYSTEM makes 2-component adhesives as easy to use as a single component adhesive.

Ex: Luer Lock adapter, ribbon spreader tip, needle and/or flexible tube• How does the correct choice of mixer, i.e., length/no of elements, help you manage residual waste?• How to gain a better understanding of why you should use a shroud to enclose your mixer?• Is the adhesive being dispensed in locations that are difficult to reach? The STATOMIX® MAH-MAQ Series static mixers feature simple twist-lock mounting.The static mixers' first element automatically aligns itself precisely with the dividing wallof the MIXPAC® 50 cartridge, separating Part A and Part B. As a result of this patenteddesign, the MAH-MAQ static mixer prevents curing at the interface of the cartridge.

The MAH-MAQ Series static mixer comes in a wide variety of sizes and will mix virtuallyany 2-part material including epoxies, silicones, urethanes, acrylics and polyesters.

The STATOMIX® MBH-MBQ Series cartridge static mixers were developed for the MIX-PAC® B-50 System. The unique interface with separated outlets between cartridge andstatic mixer eliminates the possibility of cross contamination and avoids pluggedcartridges. An enhanced design of the mixer allows for the mixing and dispensing ofhigher viscosity adhesives. Higher dispensing pressures also allow for the use of smallerstatic mixers, promoting less waste. Shorter mixers make it easier to place mixed adhesiveprecisely where you want it. A color-coding system has been implemented with this newMIXPAC® B-50 System to help the user easily identify the appropriate cap and staticmixer combination.

The MBH-MBQ Series static mixers come in a variety of sizes and will mix virtually any2-part material including epoxies, silicones, urethanes, acrylics and polyesters.

STATOMIX® MS Series static mixers, when used with meter mix equipment, provide a lowcost solution for 2-component mixing. The mixer element is molded of polyacetal towithstand the higher pressures of meter mix machines.

MS Series static mixers are also available with support washers. The washer will preventthe elements from extruding out the end of the housing when working with high pressureapplications.

MS static mixers are suitable for all types of meter, mix and dispensing systems. Checkwith our sales department for the correct static mixer for your equipment.

NOTE: The only functional difference between ME series and MS series is theinner diameter of the bell inlet housing: ME = .625 inches and MS = .657 inches

STATOMIX® MSR series static mixers are designed for use with meter mix and dispenseequipment. The MSR static mixer provides an inexpensive solution for the dynamic mixingof low viscosity, 2-component adhesives. In dynamic mixing, unlike that of motionlessmixing, the elements within the mixer rotate. This makes the MR Series ideally suited forhard-to-mix foams and urethane elastomers. Its low cost allows the entire static mixer tobe discarded, eliminating costly cleaning procedures associated with dynamic mixing.

MSR Series static mixers are designed with a modifiable stepped end which allows forincreased outlet diameters.

MixtipsUSA offers a complete line of high quality, low cost shrouds to be used withSTATOMIX® static mixers on all meter mix machines. The higher pressures associated withmeter, mix and dispensing equipment require the use of STATOMIX® shrouds. If a shroudis not used, the mixer housing can expand, allowing the catalyst or resin components tobypass the mixer elements and streamline down the inner housing wall, preventing anoptimal mixture.

Additionally, MixtipsUSA recommends the use of STATOMIX® shrouds at all times for safety reasons in case the operating pressure exceeds the static mixer's pressure rating.

The STATOMIX® MFQ and MFQA Cartridge mixers ensure that your adhesive develops thedesired performance. The MFQ-MFQA range of mixers are extremely short and compact.This mixer construction reduces the volume of waste, thereby saving costs . The lowerpressure drop leads to easy, trouble-free pressing, even highly viscous materials.

Features: Separate component connections. The patented connection via two separateoutlets ensures absolutely tight interfaces between the mixer and the F cartridge.
