Our 8 Point Action Plan
How are you? Be aware of “change” in you/your staff
Take breaks for you and your staff
Listen and try not to pre-judge.
Avoid cliches
Have regular one to one meetings. Give praise.
Be you – talk about usual things as well.
Be informed – find out about mental illness
Ask what’s needed
