TRANSCRIPT
With all the fields open and spring upon us Hidden
Meadows Farm is at full capacity with the addition of
new boarders to our barn family!
This month we welcome Meredith Milligan and her
horse Afton, Carolyn Sidivy and her horse JR, Steve
Lewis and his horse Zoink and Anne Biasiolli and her
two horses Ape and Dex to the farm!
Meredith and Afton have been together for about 2
years and he loves to jump, go on trail rides, flirt with
the mares and be cute! Afton is a 16 year old
Saddlebred, Quarter Horse cross. They have
competed in combined training, and just started to
compete eventing world last fall when they competed
in their first horse trial! We look forward to seeing
what Meredith and Afton will accomplish this year in
the show ring!
Carolyn has owned Jr. for 11 years and he loves
attention...AND FOOD! He is a Missouri Fox

Trotter and a really sweet big boy standing at
16.2. Carolyn has ridden since she was 10 and her
three boys, Austin 17, Cameron 15, and Ryan 14 all
ride. Her husband, David, is still learning to
ride though he grew up with his Grandfathers race
horses and track life.
Anne boards all three of her homebreds, Imp, Ape
and Dex at Hidden Meadows and are new to
Richmond. With a long term goal of breeding,
training and competing her own horse these guys are
just hitting riding age and plan to start work this
spring, with hopes of showing and fox hunting later in
the year. Growing up a hunter / jumper rider Anne's
done a bit of everything from working on racing and
hunting farms in Ireland to wrangling on dude ranches
out west and convincing non horsey friends to join
her in ride and ties, hopefully the youngsters will be
as willing to try different things!
Steve Lewis and his 17 year old OTTB ,Zoink, have
returned to Hidden Meadows and we couldn’t be
more thrilled! Zoink is Steve’s daughter’s retired
show horse that she competed regularly in the
hunter circuit. Zoink mostly enjoys just hanging out
and eating treats, he and Steve can be seen hacking
around the ring or in the fields for fun. Steve is
working towards being able to show in the hunter
ring as well as some of the local shows so he can say
“HE DID IT!”
We welcome all of our new boarders to the farm and
look forward to getting to know everyone better!
