Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability, all prices are inclusive of�

service charge and VAT at the prevailing rate.

Provisional bookings will be held f�or 10 days, af�ter which they will be

released. A non ref�undable deposit of� £20 per person will be required

to confirm party bookings, please telephone to make a provisional

booking before sending a deposit. Confirmation of your booking will

be sent to you once the deposit has been received. Payment of� your

deposit means acceptance of� our terms & conditions. All monies

paid are non ref�undable and non transf�erable. No party bookings

will be charged to account unless a credit f�acility is established

prior to the event. A credit card number will be required to confirm

accommodation bookings.

Full payment and menu choices are required no later than 21 days

prior to the event. The hotel reserves the right to contact provisional

bookings for confirmation in the case of another enquiry for the

same date. For bookings taken af�ter 1st December, f�ull payment

and menu choices will be required at time of� booking. For bookings

over 100 guests a set menu will apply.

The Resort reserves the right to change rooms or amalgamate

events to ensure minimum numbers. Large groups may be split over

two or more tables. Seating f�or our New YearÕ s Eve Gala Dinner will

be on tables of� 10. Details are correct at time of� press but may be

subject to change without prior notice.

No alcohol or other beverages may be brought into the hotel f�or

consumption or as prizes. Party novelties including silly string will

not be permitted on the premises. The minimum age f�or attending

Christmas party nights is 18. Any guest whose behaviour causes

hotel staf�f� concern will be asked to leave or have admission ref�used.

Any damages will be charged. Party organisers are asked to inf�orm

everyone in their party of� these conditions.

Please note that the hotel cannot guarantee that any products on the

menus are totally free from nuts or derivatives and that fish products

are f�ree f�rom all bones.
