The community spring party on May 11th was a good time for all who came…..190 signed up, and food was purchased for that number, yet many were no shows. What you missed was some great food by Bayscape, good drinks served quick from the Tiki Bar, Conga lines, line dancing, cornhole, and a fun photo booth. By the time our next big event rolls around we will have paypal set up and be able to charge for tickets to get more commitment, but then we’ll have drawings for gift cards to give some back. Thanks to all who came, and for the positive feedback!

Our next event is a family event: DIVE-IN movie on July 13th.

Movie starts at 8pm, but come early to stake out a spot and order something to eat while you wait. We’ll be playing some music starting around 7:15. Look for reminders on Facebook, Nextdoor, and at the clubhouse and Fitness Center. No outside food or drink permitted for this event.

CDD UPDATE

Speeding I’m sure by now you have noticed the speed radar signs in the community. The signs will be moved around to other areas of the community to help remind drivers to slow down. We have been able to collect data and identify when speeding is most prevalent. You may have also notice the Highway Patrol in the community. We have brought them in to patrol at various times and issue tickets to those that warrant it. If you don’t want a ticket then slow down and obey our speed limits.

Club Amenities We are very fortunate to have a community with so many great amenities. There are many opportunities to learn or participate in

many of the activities the club has to offer. We have classes for yoga and personal training. We recently have just added a Bollywood Dance class. Our tennis program has continued to grow and offers some of the area’s best instruction. If you’re looking for swim lessons, we have a great instructor to teach the young ones the backstroke. We have one of the largest First Tee programs in the Tampa Bay area for junior golf. For those parents wanting to learn to play we have a top notch instructor to improve your swing. We are always looking for new programs to benefit our residents. Have a great summer and enjoy everything the club has to offer!
