Key Stage 3 so far
Year 9 have been following a syllabus based on a 5 year GCSE approach
This has been complemented with the use of Numeracy Ninjas and Learning Lighthouses for their basic skills
So far we have had three, equal bands, of four sets
In Year 10 we move to two, equal bands, of seven sets
Numeracy Ninjas
Times tables and basic arithmetic MASTERY are VERY important
All classes have a 5 minute Ninja test every week in maths
All tutor groups have a 5 minute Ninja every two weeks

they request one too)
