For many businesses, production area air condition and its stability are
utmost concerns. In the past, precision temperature and humidity control
is only available in large scale system with chilled water supply. SME with
one laboratory or small area of condition controlled production will be
struggling with such a large scale investment. Having the chilled water
system installed not only cause high bill for initial investment but also
operating and maintenance costs.
With BENDIGTM HRCU, all those concerns of investment cost, mainte-
nance, and high energy bill can be put behind. A system of BENDIGTM
AHU + HRCU can be installed to single laboratory or small production
area to precisely control temperature , humidity, and cleanliness. While
enjoying the precision control of room temperature and humidity, the
operator is at the same time benefiting the lower energy bill. BENDIGTM
HRCU heat reclaim system help reducing and condensing temperature
and correct what used to be wasted heat to maintain precision humidity.
Its standard preinstalled software on direct digital controller (DDC) with
keypad display will allow the operator to have full control and view of
serving area condition and system parameter.
As an AHU supplier, we, BENDIGTM have never stop to challenge our-
selves to extend the boundary of where the possibility might lie.

Reheating coil with Parallel Configuration system has been used for sensible heat con-trol where precisely maintain relative hu-midity in conditioning area.

Low Dew Point Supply Air Temp Control
BENDIGTM HRCU with electronic expansion valve and its DDC controller can function to maintain low dew point supply air temp. This application is can maintain low dew point supply at as low as 3 degree C evaporative temperature. Lower tem-perature is available upon request.
Precision OAC Supply Air Temp Control
BENDIGTM HRCU has various choices for capacity control includ-ing hot gas by pass (HGBP) , Digital Scroll Compressor, Semi-Hermetic with VSD and HGBP. All of them are very well suit for varying heat load condition .
BENDIGTM HRCU is also available with remote condenser both
air cooled and water cooled. As a single source supplier of both
Eurovent certified AHU and HRCU, the possibility of different
integration are endless.
