Emotional Sobriety Conference UpdateHello fellow Friends of Bill

We are writing to you on behalf of the Everything or Nothing Womenrsquos Group

in Gainesville FL Unfortunately due to COVID-19 the Emotional Sobrietycommittee has decided to cancel the in-person conference this year However weare pleased to announce that we will be having a virtual conference via Zoom on

June 27th and 28th 2020 I have attached the file for our flyer If you could pleaseadd it to the events section of your webpage It is a co-ed event and we welcome ourAl-Anon friends Join us as our speakers take us on a journey through the steps asthey relate to emotional sobriety Please note that our speaker lineup has changed

completely from before Donrsquot worry as you can see we still have a great lineup andyou will get to see the original speakers in 2022 So keep coming back We greatly

appreciate any help we can get in spreading the word

Important Update about 2020 Florida StateConvention

For the health safety and convenience of our fellowship the 2020 Florida StateConvention in Jacksonville has been rescheduled for August 5-8 2021 It will still beheld at the Hyatt The hotel has cancelled all room reservations and we will bereceiving a link soon that will allow you to make room reservations for next year Ifyou had registered for the convention purchased banquets ice cream social etcthey will all be honored next year Should you not be able to attend the convention in 2021 and would require a

refund we kindly ask that you pay it forward by donating your registration to ourscholarship fund which will enable a member of our fellowship to attend whootherwise couldnt afford to go If you are unable to donate your registration and needa cashcredit refund you will have until June 13th 2020 to make that requestto treasurer2020fscgmailcom There will be a $535 processing fee Donations tothe scholarship fund can also be made by contacting treasurer2020fscgmailcomAll other registrations not refundeddonated will be rolled over to 2021 This was a tough decision we were ready to host a great convention but Godhad other plans We look forward to A FANTASTIC convention next year and seeingall of you then More information to come in the next several weeks relative toupdating the website our flyers etc and getting those who werent alreadyregistered registered for August 5-8 2021 Thank you for your patience while we gotall of this worked out with the hotel they were incredibly accommodating
