    CASE STUDY:INTERNATIONAL KENT HOSPITALNOVACES provided Kent Hospitals leadership with deployment planning

    process improvement. Within just 90 days, the team achieved measurable

    results producing a return on investment o nearly our times and

    Discharge process was shortened rom 134 minutes to 79 minutes

    Ratio o patient les waiting or doctor signature decreased rom

    26% to 1%

    Percentage o patient records waiting or processing went down

    rom 46% to 12%

    Percentage o document delay was reduced rom 19% to 6%

    Missing inormation in radiology reports decreased rom 9% to 1%

    Inpatient billing process handofs were reduced by 67%

    Annual purchasing costs were reduced by 18%

    Outpatient billing turnaround was reduced 48%
