I welcome all couples across the world to yet another month of FAMILY LIFE. This month is dedicated to families across the world. I pray that the LORD will remember your family for good in Jesus name. This month shall be your month of testimonies, joy, increase on every good thing and the beginning of a new

dimension of greatness in Jesus name. In Jesus name your home will not experience turbulence. The LORD shall bless you and your household. Like Zacharias the priest, I say, your prayers are answered; your long-awaited desire shall come to fruition in Jesus name. All things will work together for the good of your family this season and beyond in Jesus name. I decree that God's original purpose for your family shall come to pass in Jesus name. In Jesus name I frustrate the counsel of the ungodly concerning your family. In this month of family life there shall be notable miracles in your home that will make the world rejoice with you. In Jesus name it will not be business as usual, you are going from glory to glory. It shall continually be well with your family. Peace be unto your family in Jesus name.I wish to stop here for now. I f Jesus tarries I shall continue in the next edition by God's grace. Until then remain blessed.

his is the beginning of a new month. It is the month of Family life. I am very sure Tthat there are lots of opportunities for you this month to make a difference and add value to yourself; and to others. You are not a mistake. You are of great

value in the society. In this month of family life you should determine to be a blessing to some families. No one is an island to his or her self; in the same vein there is no family that has no need. No matter how rich a family is there is something they need that money cannot buy. Only God can supply all our needs – Philippians 4:19. God can choose to use anyone to meet the need of a family.

In the days when Joseph was living as a slave in Egypt, Pharaoh had a challenge that money could not solve. God had to solve the problem through Joseph, a foreigner. Genesis 2:18-25

This is the day that the Lord has made. It is the day of great fruitfulness. He alone will make you fruitful on all sides. Take advantage of the great grace of God to become fruitful so that you will become who God created you to be. God bless you. Shalom.

welcome all our highly esteemed members of IGood Ground Bible Ministry, our friends and well wishers to the month of May 2020 in the

precious name of our Savior and LORD Jesus Christ. This month is dedicated to all families worldwide. That is why we christened May 2020 our month of FAMILY LIFE. You are welcome to the month of the family life in Jesus name. It shall continually be well with your family in Jesus name. All through this month and beyond no evil shall befall your family. You shall experience peace and harmony in your home. Your joy shall be full; you shall have more than enough. You shall eat the good of the land. The family life was instituted by the LORD Himself after He created all other things. As a matter of truth God created man after He created everything that man would need. He did not create man like His other creation; He created man specially. He created man in His own image, after His likeness – “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him;” (Genesis 1:26-27a). Since God made man in His own image it follows that man is not a product of chance. The Psalmist had an understanding of this. that was why he said “I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.” (Psalm 139:14). Friend, you are fearfully and wonderfully made. That is why, like the Psalmist, you need to praise God for your life. Irrespective of your situation or the challenges you are facing you are not a product of mistake. Your gender, nationality, color, race, age, your parents were well determined by God before you were conceived. You are what God intended you to be. If God were to make you again a million times, He will still make you the same person He did the first time. Why do I say so? It is because God CAN NEVER MAKE A MISTAKE. You should be grateful to God for who you are.

After the LORD made Adam, the first man, He saw clearly that Adam was lonely and would need a companion. This is clear from this scripture – “And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.” (Genesis 2:18). It is certain from this scripture that marriage, the foundation of the family unit is clearly God's own idea and concept. God instituted the family unit right from the beginning. It is God's will that people get married and raise their own family. Some advantages of the family unit are mentioned in these verses of scripture “Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. 10. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up. 11. Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone?” (Ecclesiastes 4:9-11). Having said it is not good that Adam should be alone, the LORD decided to shop for a partner for Adam amongst the things He had earlier created. This is how the LORD went about it “And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of theair; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof. 20. And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.” (Genesis 2:19-20 emphasis is mine). The scripture makes it clear that no suitable companion was found for Adam amongst the beasts and all other creatures the LORD had earlier made. The LORD then went ahead to create a suitable help for Adam – “And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; 22. And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.” (Genesis 2:21-22).

The LORD took a rib from Adam and not from a beast and He made a woman from it and brought her to Adam. Even the devil knows quite well that the LORD can never make a mistake. The LORD did not make a second man, He made a woman and brought her to Adam. This was Adam's response when he saw this new creature “And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.” (Genesis 2:23). Adam was excited to see this new creature. This one was the right companion, unlike the several other creatures he had earlier named, this one would make him fulfilled in life. The scripture described the foundation of the family this way – “Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.” (Genesis 2:24). That is to say, the formation of the family unit begins with the union of a male and female. Anything contrary to this is not only anti God, but sheer madness in practice. Today, a number of people in some societies practice same sex marriage, that is two people of the same gender come together as husband and wife. The most unfortunate aspect of this evil is that some so called 'priests' ignorantly or should I say, shamelessly pronounce them as husband and wife. It is not for me to judge anyone. From my little knowledge of the scriptures, I know that God's word is forever settled in heaven and the scriptures cannot be broken, I will allow God judge every man. There are roles and responsibilities assigned to each member of the family unit. These responsibilities are clearly stated in the scriptures. By God's grace I shall share some of them in the subsequent edition for this month. I pray that you will derive pleasure in line with the perfect will of God concerning your marriage in Jesus name. TESTIMONYTHEME FOR THE MONTH

I believe the Lord has been good to you all. I want to suggest

that you spend quality time as a family to thank the Lord from

the bottom of your hearts. It is of the Lord's mercy that your

family is not consumed. The depth of your gratitude to God will

determine the height your family attains. Please do not

trivialize the goodness of God over your family. The Lord has

done much more than you can think of and there is still so

much the Lord can do. Thank God for the things He has done,

thank Him for the things He will yet do. Thank Him also for the

things you are trusting Him for. The Lord is faithful to His word.

The steps of the Lord are ordered by God. Give thanks to God who ordered your steps to GGBM. May God Who can and will always do exceedingly abundantly above all that you can ever think of fill your mouth with laughter and thanksgiving in Jesus mighty name.
