•Job Hazard Assessment •Performance Evaluations (chronic disorders)•Provision of treatment and rehabilitations•Promotion and maintenance of employees’ health (wellness)•Supervisor of policies and programs

Individual characteristics and exposure need to be considered in your evaluation of the workplace including:

•Age, sex, origin, genetics, habits, height, weight, geographic environment, physiology, phycology, sociology

These May or Will play a role in susceptibility of exposure to dose of hazard exposure
