HEAL & REJUVINATE YOURSELF
INTRODUCTION: Sri B. Sharma is a Yoga practitioner, divine healer and
he teaches holistic healing. His mission is to serve humanity. Everyone has
power to heal himself. With this motto, he has made a maiden attempt for
healing of common problems with three modalities-
(i) Soul Healing, based on the teachings of Dr. & Master Zhi Gang Sha
(ii) Yoga, a traditional way of living life in India
(iii) Simple techniques of Acupressure.
Here, an attempt will be made to deal with common problems, like Knee
pains, Back pain, Cervical, Constipation, Shoulder pain etc.. Based on the
programme conducted in Delhi, more and more will be added. An attempt
will be made to cover all aspects of life.
Before, we proceed further, we must understand some basics for healing.
Our “Body” has power to heal itself. For minor cut, or hurt, our body
mechanism heals itself. We are relieved of our sufferings. In India, we
know, we have soul, Mind and Body. For healing of all aspects of life, a
coordinated effort will be made to use, all the three Soul, Mind and Body.
SOUL BASICS: (Based on Dr. & Master Zhi Gang Sha Soul healing)
Soul is the same as spirit and message. Soul is the essence of life. For
everything in the universe, the soul is the essence of that thing.
• Everything in the Universe has Soul, Mind (consciousness) and Body.
• Soul has great wisdom and has power to heal all aspects of life.
• We know mind can also heal.
• In soul healing, we will use Soul Power, Mind Power, Body Power and
Sound Power to heal.

1. BODY POWER:
Special body position to allow the body to help Healing. We know there are
many yoga postures, Mudras, Bandhas, Pranayam, which are used to relieve
sufferings. The “Body Postures” help body to activate its healing power.
2. MIND POWER:
Mind is consciousness and it has power to produce many miracles. We shall
use mind power, to further enhance healing.
3. SOUND POWER:
Sound also has healing effect. We know power of Mantra, the power of
chanting. We will use Sound power to further enhance healing of common
issues.
4. SOUL POWEWR:
We have soul. Every part, organ, system of our body has soul. We may use
this power to heal. This is our inner Soul. Here, in Soul Power, we will use
our Soul and also outer Souls, such as Soul of Sun, Moon, Masters, Angels
etc. to heal. This enhances healing further.
Now, we shall take up the common issues for healing. Everyone, in one
sitting will understand, how to use the four Power techniques, Yoga and
Acupressure for healing of common issues. We will deal one by one all
issues.
KNEE PAIN:
I am healer and during my healing sessions, I have found this is very
common. It is very easy to self heal the knee pain.
First soul healing technique based on Dr. & Master SHA teachings are given
for all problems, then Yoga, techniques will be given and then Acupressure.

Soul Healing for Knee issue:
1. BODY POWER:
Keep one hand just below navel. This is our power house. This power
house will be used. The second hand will be placed on knee. Just keep
tapping slowly the knee with the hand. Keep this posture during the
process.
Body power secret is where you put your hands, is where you receive the
benefits for healing & rejuvenation.
2. MIND POWER:
Now focus mind on knee. This is creative visualization. Here visualize
Golden light rotating anti-clock-wise at knee and around the knee. Visualize
the Golden light is healing the knee. Continue tapping and feel golden light
is penetrating and producing miracle-healing function. Feel you are being
healed.
Mind power secret is where you put your mind using creative visualization,
is where you receive the benefits for healing & rejuvenation.
3. SOUL POWER:
Soul power is to invoke souls, first inner and then outer soul. Apply say hello
healing and blessing to invoke the inner soul and the Divine, Tao, Heaven,
Mother Earth, countless planets as well as all kinds of spiritual fathers &
mothers. Here we shall first invoke inner soul, then outer soul.

NOTE: The above five lines are unique and known as ‘Hello Healing Formula’ (the
above is known by this) to invoke Soul. This will be used for all issues; first for inner
soul and then for outer soul.

Here we will invoke our “SUN” to heal the our issue of knee. The ‘Hello
Healing Formula’ used will be

Sound power secret is what you chant, is what you become.

NOTE:
1. Keep tapping knees, keep visualizing Golden light, visualize the knee is
being healed. The “Sun” is pouring its power to heal. The light of ‘Sun’
is also golden and sun is blessing. Keep chanting for 3 to 5 minutes.
2. If problem is chronic, apply healing 3 to 4 times or more in a day.
FINISH:
At the end say three times ‘Hao’, ‘Hao’ ‘Hao.

‘HAO’ means – wonderful, perfect. It is an affirmation and command.
Then say three times, ‘Gong Song’, ‘Gong Song’, ‘Gong Song’.

YOGA FOR KNEE PAIN
i) Simple leg movement Asanas
ii) Squatting facing East or North, with particular Mudra
a) Those who are above fifty will face North with Mudra
b) Those below fifty will face East with Mudra
MUDRA: Touch, middle finger of hand with thumb.
iii) While squatting, breath in & while coming up breath out.
iv) Use creative visualization – Golden Light is healing the knee. Keep focus
on the Soul of Knee. Feel that the Knee is being healed.
v) Squat 50 times at a time. Those who are young may increase to 100
times in one sitting.
NOTE:
1. For Yoga, Soul Healing and Acupressure it will be better to understand in
one session. Then this handout may be used as guide.
2. For exercises, simple easy to perform exercises will be introduced. One
may follow easily. This will take 15 to 20 minutes. This includes eye
exercise.

ACUPRESSURE FOR KNEE PAIN:
For knee pain SU JOK is very easy to apply. For knee pain use your foot for
healing. Foot is nearer t Knee.
CORRESPONDANCE OF FOOT TO BODY:
First Toe – Represents our Neck & Head
Two Outer Toes – Represent our Hands
Two Inner Toes – Represent our Legs
Remember – For right Knee pain, the middle right toe will represent right
leg.
TECHNIQUE: Press, Release, Press, Release. Never keep pressed. This is
called pumping pressure. Continue Pressing and Releasing for 3 to 5
minutes in one sitting.
Note: 1) This is very easy to heal. This will be shown in training session.
Only 1 to 2 minutes of pressing will indicate 5 to 10% perceptible relief. For
chronic cases more sittings will be needed.
2) For more relief some ‘Naturopath’ methods will also be given during
session.

LOWER BACK PAIN:
This may be caused by an accident or by lifting or twisting during any kind
of activity. There may be herniated disc, muscle spasms or structural
issues. This may be due to weakness in other areas of body. All sickness
are due to Soul Mind, Body Blockages. Soul blockages, are bad karma.
Karma is cause and effect. If you hurt or harm others, you must learn
lessons. This is the law of Karma.
Mind blockages include negative mind sets, negative beliefs, negative
attitudes, ego and attachments.
Body blockages include energy blockages, matter blockages.
Healing with Soul Power technique are based on Dr. and Master Zhi Gang
Sha’s techniques.

Put one palm on your lower abdomen below naval. Put another palm on

HEALING BY YOGA EXERCISE:
1. The Yoga exercise will be demonstrated. Important exercises are--
(a) Back bending exercises.
(b) Variation of Pawan Mukta Asana.
(c) Bhujangasan, Shalabhasana, Dhanurasana
(d) Marjari-asana, Vajrasana
(e) All backward bending Asanas.
2. Exercises need to be learned in the training session.
All will be able to learn in one sitting.

SELF HEALING OF COMMON PHYSICAL AILMENTS
CONSTIPATION:
This is wide spread condition. This is the modern age problem. This may be
tackled easily if food intake is regulated and daily exercise or yoga is added
in routine. Here, we will use first soul healing technique, which is very
effective and very easy to follow:
NOTE: it is better to first learn the technique under soul healing class. This
will allow easy practice. First, observe and practice under supervision and
then use this write up for practice.
1. BODY POWER:
i) It is better to practice in standing position. Stand straight, keeping legs
shoulder width apart.
ii) Make Yin-Yang Mudra (learn in the class) put this over lower abdomen.
iii) Keep legs slightly bend at knee level.
iv) Now, lower abdomen is hit very mildly with Yin-Yang Mudra Palm with
“Joe” sound. Please learn in the soul healing session and then only
follow.
2. SOUL POWER:
Chant- Dear soul mind body of my lower abdomen !
I love you, really, really love you !
You have power to heal yourself !
You have power to relieve my constipation !
You have power to boost my Lower Dan Tiyan !

3. MIND POWER:
Visualize Golden light in the entire body. Visualize in the abdomen area, the
light is healing whole digestion system.
4. SOUND POWER:
Slowly move legs, tap the lower abdomen with Yin-Yang Mudra hands and
chant, ‘Joe’ ‘Joe’
The chant will be loud, slow, fast, silently. The chant will be both Yin
chanting and Yang chanting. Yin chanting will affect smaller cells and Yang
chanting will effect bigger cells.
TIME: Continue, for about 5 minutes. Best practice is in the morning and
evening in empty abdomen. However, in the daytime, when you feel low
energy, practice this. This is wonderful exercise to boost energy stamina,
vitality and immunity.
NOTE: Please never try before you learn in the soul healing session. The
Yin-Yang Mudra and Yin-Yang chanting is key for practice. You need to
understand well. Once attending the session, will be enough for self
practice.
5. YOGA EXERCISES:
Tadasan, Surya Namaskar, Pawan Muktasana, Vajrasana, Shashankasana,
Yoga Mudra. All forward and backward moving Asanas, Kapalbhati and
abdominal breathing. All Yogic exercises help in constipation.
6. ACUPRESSURE :
1. Pressing the chin. This is very good for
relieving constipation.
2. Pressing the area between thumb and
first finger in hands. This area relives
constipation and stress also.

3. Below Knee, there is point St 36. Locating is easy. Learn in the class.
Pressing this is very good for relieving constipation.
Give pressure on the large intestine on the left palm.
Note: Once learn in session and then use it. Wonderful for relieving
constipation.
ASTHMA:
Healing of Asthma by Soul healing Part – A :
1. BODY POWER:
Here we use near hand and far hand technique. Keep near hand 4 inch to 5
inch away and far hand 15 inch to 20 inch away.
Keep one palm near the lungs. Keep other palm on lower back (snow
mountain area). Please first do under guidance in the Soul Healing session.
2. SOUL POWER:
(i) Dear Soul, Mind, Body of my lungs.

Near Hand – on pancreas or one inch above pancreas (left front stomach
side).
For Hand – Lower abdomen, angle the palm slightly upward towards bladder

Migraine / Headaches
Many suffer from headaches. Stress can be one of the causes, anger may be
other. Hypertension may also be the reason. Whatever may be reason,
there is more accumulation of energy in that particular area. Use Near-hand
and Far-hand technique.

1. Message heart region. Message must be gentle with love. Give
pumping pressure.

3. Message the middle portion on the palm
4. Message little finger of left palm. Tip has to be message. Learn in soul

6. For cardiac health pressure on Interscapular region is very helpful.
7. Give pressure on 4 points on Anterior Cervical region and 5 points on
