DISCOVOLTOLINER

VOLTO 1300 T: Maximum output, record time.

The ten rotor tedder spans 42.75 ft (13 m) to provide maximum output in each pass but is extremely gently on alfalfa. This machine operates on one double acting hydraulic connection and hydraulically folds to 9.8 ft (3 m) wide for transport or storage. With PERMA LINK drive coupling and MAX SPREAD tine arms, the perfect spread pattern and rugged performance can be achieved.

VOLTO 900 T: Rugged with high output.

The eight rotor VOLTO 900 T covers 28.5 ft working width in a single pass. Like all other VOLTO tedders, equal length tines allow forage to be picked up at two levels while reducing the burden on the upper tines and minimizing ash contamination. The equal sized tines also mean simple spare parts stocking and straightforward replacement.

VOLTO 1100 T: High output tedding.

With the open position of the tine arms on the VOLTO 1100 T, material is released behind the tedder for more even spreading. The tines gently lift the crop to prevent damage to the plant structure. Reduced losses equal more yield with low power consumption. The “T” series transport wheels make it very stable for road transport.

VOLTO 800 TH / 800: The drawbar or 3-point tedder.

The VOLTO 800 TH handles gentle crops like alfalfa perfectly. It features adjustable throw angle (from 13° to 16°) tine height and tine angle. The MAX SPREAD concept (available on 25 ft and larger models) optimizes crop flow and throughput for tedding windrows at higher operational and lower engine speeds.

VOLTO 52 T: The tedder for every small farm.

The no-frills, four rotor tedder is an exceptional fit for smaller jobs with maximum output. With a 17 ft working width, the VOLTO 52 T has a rigid-mounted frame, a drive shaft with overload protection, and PERMALINK drive line. Hydraulic tilt and folding make it very user friendly.

VOLTO teddersEven spreading for shorter drying times.

LINER 2-point side delivery rakes: straight-forward operation.

The LINER 1750 and 1650 TWIN side delivery rakes are suitable for all professional silage businesses and farm contractors. The hydraulic headland stop and overlapping rotors can be controlled from the driver‘s seat. The LINER can adapt to a wide range of forage crops and makes windrowing a simple task.

Center-delivery rakes: the best in their class.

The LINER twin rotor rakes offer unmatched power and efficiency. The high work rates of the LINER 3100, 2900, 2800, 2700, and 2600 handle silage, hay, and straw widths from 20.3 – 32.8 ft. All LINER rakes (except 370 T) feature PROFIX tine arms, with easy-release brackets for quick removal or repair and multiple grooves on the tine arm for a zero play connection.

LINER four rotor rakes: high performance rakes with gentle crop handling.

The LINER four rotor rakes handle crop widths up to 49 ft (LINER 4000) or 41 ft (LINER 3600) and transform them into evenly shaped, center delivered windrows in a single pass. The hermetically sealed and continuously lubricated rotor housing means nearly frictionless operation of core components that are virtually maintenance free.

Side delivery pull-type rakes: LINER 800 TWIN/700 TWIN.

The LINER 800 TWIN and 700 TWIN are ideal rakes offering flexible working widths, low power requirements, high operator convenience, and exceptional raking quality. The large chassis and low center of gravity make both models extremely stable on slopes and gentle on the soil. They can rake two small windrows at a time all the way up to one large windrow up and back.

LINER single rotor rakes: precision raking.

The LINER single rotor rakes handle working widths from 11.5 to 17 ft and are drawbar attached. LINER single rotor rakes offer precise ground contouring, high work rates, and excellent reliability in a compact form.

LINER rakes For top quality forage.

Maximum pressing force and ultra-precise fit.

The core of the DISCO mower bar is the wave shaped bed stamped from a single piece of steel.

The base and cover are machined together for an ultra-precise fit between the two halves of the structure. The innovative bolt design provides a perfect connection for maximum deflection and impact resistance unlike welded versions. The high-strength fine-grain steel ensures maximum service life.

Conditioner options.

The DISCO mowers by CLAAS offer several different size configurations, but can also be equipped with a tine conditioner – a spiral configuration that is ideal for grass harvesting, a roller conditioner – that perfectly conditions crops like alfalfa without destroying leaves, or without a conditioner – for windrowing prior to silage baling or chopping.

Safe and secure on the road.

The DISCO 3-point mowers can be placed in a transport position with a single acting remote.

Excellent flotation on rough terrain (3450, 3150, 2750).

Spring flotation provides mower suspension, transferring the machine’s weight to the tractor which allows the residual weight to be carried over the full length of the mower bar. With varying harvesting conditions, ground pressure can be adjusted easily on the mower frame.

Optimum results with ACTIVE FLOAT (4000, 3600, 3200).

The hydropneumatic ACTIVE FLOAT system allows you to adapt ground pressure quickly and easily to changing terrain or crop conditions. This means improved riding comfort as well as improved mowing quality. Hydraulic flotation will result in less wear and even more reliability.

SAFETY LINK (standard on all DISCO mowers).

The sealed double groove ball bearing ensures maximum service life. Each individual mowing disc is protected by a pre-determined breaking point in the SAFETy LINK module that will shear in the event of a collision, protecting the drive train. An axial bolt holds the mowing disc firmly in position, securing it onto the mower bed.

Mechanical breakaway protection.

All DISCO 3-point mowers have mechanical breakaway protection to prevent damage to the mower bar in the event of a collision during operation. Once the overload device is activated, the mower can be reset in a few simple steps.

Mower stability for smooth operation and transport.

Outstanding drive train and cutterbar protection.

Trailed DISCO mowers provide all the capacity required for high work rates and a successful harvest. They also have these key DISCO features:

− MAX CUT for superb cutting quality − ACTIVE FLOAT hydropneumatic suspension (center pivot only)

− Folding protective covers for easy access to the mower bar and all maintenance points

− Choice of tine or roller conditioner − Adjustable swathing plates (optional)

Full use of mower working width.

Thanks to the combination of two double-acting rams, the mower can be pivoted to either side on center swing mowers. One of the cylinders acts as a stop mechanism, stabilizing the mower unit.

Convenient operation.

The cutting height varies between 1.2 and 2.75 inches via a crank handle located on the mower unit. To protect the mower bar from collision damage, all trailed mowers are designed to move the mower upwards and to the rear if a collision occurs, protecting the mower bar from damage.
