THE FESTIVALOF RISK AND
FAILURE
JULY 12 — 29, 2018
BRAVE: The Festival of Risk and Failure, explores the role of
risk and failure in the creative process. From July 12-29, Harbourfront Centre
presents some of the world’s most courageous artists, thinkers, writers
and musicians. Some are flame-throwers. Others, were exiled from
their homes and native lands. All of them disrupt authority for a living.
Their work and their stories are funny, sad, piercing and odd. They embrace
risk, and failure is their constant companion. Yet here they are, telling
us in a loud voice...
Don’t Behave. Be Brave.
