Wednesday, June 15, 2011 ~ NnWeather permitting, we will be presenting the Social Wine Time on ourback patio. It’s just a little something different to welcome summer! Our servers will also be presenting an International Flair to this luncheon aswe begin with French-Inspired Puff Pastry Cheese Hors d’ oeurves. The Main Course will be a avor-packed Mediterranean Pasta with

chicken, artichoke hearts, olives, capers, roasted peppers, & feta cheese. The dessert takes a turn to the south with Bananas Carribean. Please call or e-mail for reservations.

From the Board Due to restricted part-time labor in the Golf Department this year, theremay be times when golfers may have to retrieve their golf bag or sign-inon their own. This would most generally occur in the mornings if Jeff isgiving a lesson. The Restaurant Staff will be more than happy to provideassistance when needed so do not hestitate to come upstairs and we willlend a hand. The Board of Directors has voted to impose a $25 Service Fee for allRestaurant/Golf Statements that are over 60 days overdue.

Manager’s Corner  We’ve had two spectacular events recently with the Kentucky Derbyand Casino Night. Both nights brought great times with the liveentertainment, fun bets, favorite foods and drinks. Robyn Williamsoncan truly put on a terric show so plan on joining us for the upcoming

“Guys and Dolls” and Wine and Roses functions this summer. Congratulations to Glenn and Susie Ruhl for winning the Best DressedCouple at the Kentucky Derby Party. You WOWED us! Congratulations to Ron & Rende Meyer, Jim & Vivie Harris, Dominic &Kristan Whiston for being the biggest winners at the Casino Night. Theyearned Cardinal Tickets, Coolers, Dinner Certicates and more.
