Meet Ajay. Ajay is 13 and, in a lot of ways, he’s like

any other 13-year-old boy you may know. He eats a lot. Burgers are his favorite! He LOVES to draw and someday he dreams of doing something fun and mighty and important with his life: Ajay dreams of becoming a scientist. In other many other ways, Ajay is not like every other 13-year-old boy. This wasn’t always Ajay’s story.

Throughout the developing world, for numerous reasons, children like Ajay are cast aside. Orphaned, abandoned, and often abused, they awaken from their childhood abruptly. The luxury of being a child vanishes in an instant and a new reality quickly consumes their every thought. Dreams of becoming and doing turn into nightmares clouded out by the immediate need to survive. Without love and education, these young lives are destroyed by drug abuse, prostitution, crime, disease and violence.

In 2004, when Tiny Hands began working in Nepal, our hearts were quickly drawn to the orphaned and abandoned children. Soon after, our first children’s home was established and we began dreaming of opening a school that would provide children like Ajay a new story. We prayed that we could provide them the opportunity and the benefits of a world-class education centered on Christ.

On Christmas Eve 2014, we received permission to build the Tiny Hands Dream School. On April 22, 2015, the Dream School became a reality. God is truly a rewarder of those who seek him.

It is our greatest desire to see children given the chance to dream through an education that will challenge them to go beyond their past circumstances. We want each child who graduates from The Dream School to understand that he or she is a unique individual created by God with specific gifts and talents that he or she will use to serve the Lord. We pray that they would become leaders in this generation who would create change in their nation.

Today, 53 students from 5 of our children’s homes attend the Dream School! Their timelines have been altered and they are hungrily embracing this new opportunity to learn and grow and dream again. We hope to triple the student population of the Dream School in the next two years.

SCHOOLIn Nepal, high-quality education is often limited to the ultra-rich.

The Dream School is the cornerstone of our Dream Center project. Our goal is to provide a quality of education that is otherwise unavailable to the children of Nepal.

Through God’s grace and your generous gifts, we hope to provide high-quality Christ-centered education to hundreds of children in Nepal’s poorest regions.

Be the KingdomAll our work is done in conjunction with local churches and we strive to live our faith in Jesus Christ and His gospel by following the directives of the New Testament in how we live, work, and relate to one another.

Help Those who Need it MostJesus said, “whatever you do for the least of these, you do for me.” In response to this teaching, our goal is to find and help the most desperate and needy people in the world.

Do Much with LittleWe strive to find and implement the strategies that make the greatest possible difference in the lives of as many people as possible with the limited resources we have been entrusted with.
