God, that you may be able to stand against the
wiles of the devil praying always with all prayer
and supplication... Ephesians 6:10-11, 18 (NKJV)
We are so grateful for YOU! Thank you for
accepting Gods call on your life and for joining us in
battle! Over the past few months it has been
evident that we are engaged in spiritual warfare, and as we get closer to our destination,
the fighting only intensifies. So we need you to be fully engaged as well we cant fight this
battle alone. Robert Glover says, from Pentecost and the apostle Paul, right down through
the centuries to the present day, the story of missions has been the story of answered
prayer. Every fresh outbreak of missionary energy has been the result of believing prayer.
What a statement! Doesnt that make you want to fall down on your knees and getpraying?
Our dear friend, Joanna, is one who is
committed to fighting for us. Not only is she a dear
friend and a financial supporter she is Seths prayer
buddy! What I love about her commitment is that
anytime Seth gets sick (which is often, poor little
guy), I know I can text Joanna and shell be praying!
And as you can see in the picture above, she has a
prayer wall to help her remember the missionaries
and friends for whom she is called to intercede.
Having prayer partners lightens our load and gives you a specific prayer focus. Will
you ask God how He would have you partner with us in prayer? Perhaps its every
Monday, or maybe the 13th of each month, or it could be for one of our family members
specifically. However He is calling ,we are already grateful; we cant do this without you.
But this isnt a ministry into which you can enter lightly this is a battle zone. Take time to
prepare your hearts for this ministry of intercession, clothe yourself in His armor, and walk
with Him to the frontlines. Are you ready for a wild ride?
