Meet Howie Binder, pet groomer extraordinaire. Over the last 20 years, Howie has been using his talents to groom dogs of all breeds, from the wigglebutt next door all the way to Barbara Streisand’s famous pup. While Howie’s shop on the Upper East Side keeps him busy, he still finds time to help dogs in need at the non-profit $501 (c) (3) organization, Animal Haven.
