Installation with plenum TRI

ThecollarofTRIplenumcanbeinstalledeither

internallyintheplenumorexternallyatthebottom

oftheplenum.Theheightoftheunitispresentedin

thetablebelowfortheexternalinstallation.When

thecollarisinstalledinternally,thetotalheightH1is

reducedby60mm.

Thetechnicalperformanceforthecombinationof

supplyairdiffuserandTRIplenumispresented

measurementandadjustmentmodule.

Openthefrontpanelandpassthetubesandcontrol

spindlethroughtheplasticnozzle.Replacethefront

panel.

Measurethedifferentialpressureusingamanometer.

Theflowrateiscalculatedusingtheformulabelow.

Adjusttheairflowratebyrotatingthecontrolspindle

untilthedesiredsettingisachieved.Lockthedamper

positionwithascrew.

Replacethetubesandspindleintheplenumand

replacethediffuserfrontpanel.

Kfactorforinstallationswithdifferentsafetydistances

Servicing

Eachnozzlecaneasilyberemovedbypressingthe

stoppersandthenpushingthenozzlethroughthe

frontpanel.Wipethenozzlesandthefrontpanelwith

adampcloth.Thenozzlesarereplacedintothefront

platebypushing.Replacethefrontpanel.

Option with balancing plenum

Removethemeasurementandadjustmentmodule

bypullinggentlytheshaft;(notthecontrolspindleor

measurementtubes!).

Wipethepartswithadampcloth,insteadof

immersinginwater.

Remountthemeasurementandadjustmentmodule

bypushingtheshaftuntiltheunitmeetsthestopper.
