WE PUT THE WORLD IN MOTION!On TV adults sell electrical equipment that you can attach to the body. This equipment burns fat and builds up muscle, so they say, and is great because you don’t actually need to move. At the same time, we spend more time sitting still, in our offi ces, in front of a computer. We expand our views and grow mentally while our bodies get left behind. Physical activity has become a diary issue, a project that must be planned, an obstacle that must be overcome. People who have not fi nished growing are doing exactly the same thing. HAGS UniPlay - Play 5-12 years of ageHAGS UniPlay is an excellent source of inspiration for physical activity. Playgrounds that tempt children to look, touch, investigate and play and which awaken their sense of shape, colour and beauty. Children’s bodies grow stronger, their senses are challenged and their social ability develops more quickly.
HAGS UniMini - Play 2-5 years of ageA complete range of games with modular dimensions and heights adapted for children under 6 years of age. HAGS UniMini is a system full of variation with lots of combination options. Developed with and for younger children.
HAGS Agito - Activity from 6 years of ageWith HAGS Agito in the environment, you are helping to make a contribution which we know encourages movement games that give children a good physique. Movement, muscle strength and stamina are improved. Flexibility in the play equipment provides a suppleness and softness that also gently train muscle groups that need warming up.
HAGS Solo - Independent PlayIn addition to the UniMini, UniPlay and HAGS Agito play systems, HAGS also has a huge range of independent play products. This range includes: Nursery play equipment, swings and swing seats, larger spring toys such as cars and boats, seesaws, roundabouts and games, slides, activity circuits, balancing equipment, ropeways, climbing walls and climbing frames.

HAGS ASSEMBLY HELPAll parents need to be able to feel that their children are playing in safe playgrounds. The EN 1176 safety standard applies to both design and assembly. The starting point for safe playgrounds is, of course, correct assembly.

Movement is the pulsing heart of HAGS Agito. HAGS Agito has been developed to support the natural human pattern of movement and provide maximum return from the movement performed. The legs, pelvis and arms move in roughly the same way as when you dance! But our youngsters are, fortunately, unaware of this. They are fully occupied with other things. Agito’s main characteristic is actually a rhythmical fl ow that encourages movement – the desire to climb, know and discover is awakened at fi rst sight. HAGS Agito is irresistible to children, inviting them to visit and encouraging them to move from one point to another. Playing “Shipwreck”. Getting to your friend on the other side or climbing up to the very top and getting settled in Origo.
OUR MOBILE PLAY SYSTEMAnother type of movement incorporated into Agito’s various play functions has taken inspiration from the natural world around us. In the same way as a branch gives a little when a child climbs or hangs on it, HAGS Agito offers moderate resistance that contributes to gentle muscle training. The range also includes actively mobile functions such as balance bars, swinging ladders, tornados and pirouettes driven by the child’s own strength. The sense of balance is actively trained and the child’s own movements are always refl ected in the motion achieved. The more friends that investigate the equipment, the more movements there are to deal with. HAGS Agito is as far from a machine-operated roundabout as you can get. The effect you get depends on the energy you put in. The pleasure, in turn, is immeasurable.

SEE YOU IN ORIGO!The new HAGS Agito has got a fi xed point. High above the ground is Origo, a place where you can meet, view your surroundings or just relax for a while. Origo is at the centre of Agito and access is via the system’s other functions. If you want to lie in the nets and laze around or read a book, the quickest way there is using the ladder that leads directly into the heart of the lair. Read more on page 60.

EXPRESSION THROUGH COLOUR AND SHAPE
Agito’s architecture has been designed to function in environments that do not only relate to play. With a clearly
distinctive nature, Agito’s organic shapes conveniently link to different types of environment: residential, arena and
fi tness areas such as parks. A brand new feature is the inviting, expressive colour that refl ects the dynamics of the equipment, making it a minor work of art in its own right.
THE HAGS SUCCESS, THE TORNADO, NOW IN HAGS AGITO Tornado is, dare we say it, one of our most popular play functions. You will recognise it from our other play systems, but it has now become part of the HAGS Agito range. An action-packed experience, where your own body becomes a central part of the movement. A jungle of experiencesIf you have come across HAGS Agito before, you will notice that the system is more compact. With safety
distances retained in accordance with TÜV, we have still created a jungle of exciting experiences to swing
between. The climbing net is a brand new feature, together with a punch bag, branches to climb on and much,
much more. Don’t miss some truly action-packed experiences! A complete presentation of the full range of
Agito functions can be found on pages 56-64.
DIZZY FUNCyclone gives play an extra spin. A new feature that builds on the same principle as a swing but where the seat element spins around its own axis. What constitutes forward or backward is no longer so obvious. A democratic whirlwind that allows more children to play at the same time. Everyone can help to steer.

STRIKE A BLOW FOR PUNCHHAGS Agito is nothing less than a natural gym. A liberating place that provides muscle and fi tness training without you even noticing. A sanctuary for anyone who would normally avoid such sporty contexts. The only hint of fi tness training is the punch bag that deals with any extra energy. Read more about Punch on page 61.
FIND YOUR OWN LIMITS WITH WIGGLERMovement is the principle of Agito. Soft shapes, wavy lines and responsive materials all send pleasure-fi lled play signals that are hard to resist. We want you to imagine a smiling mouth! This is actually a recurring shape in the HAGS Agito range – such as in the Wiggler balance bar which rocks when you walk on it. Another example is the tread-friendly balls that feet can’t help but explore. For large feet and small - HAGS Agito offers opportunity for play for young people who feel like adults and adults who are young at heart.

HAGS Agito still keeps its poles in the ground...– or above!
Among the many exciting new features and innovations in our Agito system, HAGS is introducing a unique, patent-pending ground anchoring system.Our unique anchoring system works well with any existing foundations and whatever surface you plan to put HAGS Agito on. You don’t need to replace any poles. The secret is at ground level – you either anchor poles using fi ttings bolted tight or you sink the pole to a depth of 740, 600 or 300 mm using prefabricated ground foundations.
This unique ground anchoring system gives you the ability to move the combination with ease when a new age group needs to use the playground and when new equipment is purchased.
Not needing to lay foundations deeper than 300 mm also reduces the costs for groundwork signifi cantly.
HAGS Agito is easy to install wherever there are young people.
IN YOUR OWN COLOUR !For the fi rst time we can now offer fully customised colour options as an integral and natural part of our service. You decide yourself, preferably in consultation with our designers and product specialists, on a suitable colour, having already taken into account where your Agito equipment is to be constructed. HAGS Agito is designed so that every function is suitable for exploiting movement of the body to the maximum and stimulating the imagination into healthy play. This maxim means that an Agito system can be constructed, in principle, in any way you want. But, of course, certain combinations provide extra training, whether coordination or physical exercise. Certain combinations are better than other types when you consider the type of surface on which they are erected. For this reason, we have helped you on your way with a number of ready-designed options.

A more demanding alternative to a normal ladder. The two slightly bent poles function like branches in a tree, the weight being transferred alternately to each leg in order to climb higher. The polyurethane balls provide support and function like natural forks in a tree.
Hang by the knee in a brand new way! The Cirrus rings have been designed to be able to swing – the swinging movement means that the user experiences the same resistance as the ring. The greater the swinging movement, the greater the resistance. The Cirrus rings can, of course, also be used for arm training. Two people using the rings at the same time just makes it more fun.
An exciting lateral climb that helps to develop personal abilities such as strength and coordination – different climbing routes have different degree of diffi culty. The challenge is real without any increase in height. From the curvy middle, each pole runs over or under the actual climbing wall, for those who would prefer to hang by the knee!
A unique swing. Cyclone is a brand new play function with many dimensions. The swing element, which holds several people, moves backward and forward like a traditional swing whilst whirling around its own axis. Both movement and speed can be controlled using the wheel, which also functions as a handle. Wonderfully giddying at a slightly higher speed.

Real action! Slide poles hasten all sorts of departures and provide a wonderful, tickly feeling in the stomach. The 2.45 metre height makes the speed exciting, but never dangerous. The pole is fi rmly attached to the ground and frame and has no moving parts.
In its shape and volume, this peculiar slide replicates the feeling of sitting on a horse – but that’s where the similarity ends. The gradient of the slide is optimised to provide a high speed and the shape invites unconventional sliding options: on the back, stomach or backwards. The slide is one way of investigating the body’s potential in an action-packed situation. Again, it’s a question of balance and above all, creativity.
A play function reminiscent of a kangaroo. Like stones in the water, welcoming platforms are located at points around the Agito system. There are often several in a row, and they can function as both a separate challenge and a connecting link in the loop. The platforms, which are available in various heights, are slightly fl exible. A bushing in the attachment provides a pleasantly resilient feeling and is thus gentle on legs and joints.
The starting point for this tricky jungle trip is three vertical ellipses that can also rotate. The built-in inertia requires decisiveness and physical work. The ellipses are equipped with large holes which children will naturally want to climb through. The challenge is to get from point A to point B through the moving forest – the experience is similar to a multi-dimensional climbing wall. It is possible to climb on several different levels: close to the ground, high up, through the holes or via the outside. It requires not only technique, but also cooperation!

Inspired by a leaf blowing in the wind, Leaf swings as a person moves over its surface. It is covered in rubber to provide a better grip. Coordination and balance are more important than raw strength.
Nets are something new in the world of Agito. O Link is a classic climbing frame which also functions as a link up to Origo. The frame is manufactured from nylon-spun cable that is gentle on the hands and feet.
Origo is the heart of the entire Agito system. A welcoming place high above the ground, accessible by both easy and diffi cult routes – exciting climbs using ladders, nets or some of our new climbing functions. From here, “the spider in the web” can get an overview of further play or take a nice, quiet break.
Performing a pirouette gives you a wonderful feeling of freedom. When you move your body toward the pirouette pole, the pirouette becomes a roundabout in miniature. It’s even more fun when there are several people playing at once. Pirouette is part of the play loop together with Hopper.

The punch bag encourages exercise in a gentle, yet tough way; the slightly soft material is pleasant to hit. It hangs on a wire, the top of which has some fl exibility while the bottom is fi xed. The punch bag moves when hit, but be aware that it also returns to its original position due to resistance. If you are not prepared, you may get a shove.
The fl oating blocks are suitable for fi tting under the wing and provide another dimension of movement. The blocks hang at several different heights and move in all directions, which requires attention on testing. Used for both rest and activity – such as swings or small islands to move along during another voyage of discovery. The soft material gently guides feet that have gone astray.
Do you have control? Or are you thrown off? Rodeo has a ballast of 15 kilograms that gradually counteracts the user’s own movements. You can choose which of Rodeo’s fi ve grooves to sit in – the smaller the groove, the more work is required to rotate the Rodeo. In addition to riding the Rodeo, you can also compete with yourself to reach the symbols specifi ed on the seating element. Sitting on the Rodeo while turning it to a specifi c position requires precision and is an excellent opportunity to practice balance.
The vertical Rungs climbing ladder is a slightly different way to get up into HAGS Agito. The angular shape makes it possible to climb on both sides and the width between the rungs is enough to allow children to wriggle between them. In addition to the actual climbing experience, Rungs is also a good link to the other play functions.

A true main sail that awakens thoughts of climbing high above the sea. The obvious function as a ladder is supplemented by the huge openings – climb through from one side to the other. Although the play function is securely anchored, the user’s own movement pattern creates a feeling of wind in the sail.
A skateboard that moves! This street-inspired board is skated over a 3-metre long track when the user shifts their weight from one foot to the other. With plenty of practice, you can decide yourself whether you want to move the board backwards or forwards. The track itself is suspended in torsion springs, which means that it can be made to wobble by simply shifting your weight. An unrivalled exercise in rhythm, motor skills and balance.
A clear hint of what’s in store. The ladder in all its different forms is one of the entrances to the world of Agito. Slope’s attachment has built-in mobility that varies with the user’s chosen path. Safe and secure, but the message is clear : Get moving!
The skateboard-inspired board is moved through alternate pressure of the right and left foot. A torsion spring provides the right amount of wobble when you walk or jump on it. Starter is great as a warm-up; the pulse speeds up and the legs get pumping before further adventure in HAGS Agito. Starter can also accommodate two at a time, with each choosing a side to step on.

Steep is a vertical climbing wall offering a steeper climb up to Origo. The curve of the climbing wall strengthens the climbing experience as you move upwards and inwards at the same time. As you creep through the hoop in towards Origo, the height increases and the grip is in a more advanced location.
An exciting way to discover your own strength. By using their own body in relation to Tornado’s axle, users can propel themselves around at a faster and faster speed. The principle is not unlike a swing – every time you come round, you gain even more speed. If you have the courage to lean further back, dizzying experiences await.
Tournament is the ultimate combination for playful competition between friends. A chance to challenge each other to reach different positions fi rst. Or: who can stay sitting the longest? Thoughts turn immediately to a real pillow fi ght or “King of the Castle”. Tournament is a playful way to challenge each other, and perhaps Agito’s most distinct competition function. A challenging climb right into the blue that requires hand and foot coordination. The straight pole is similar to a tree trunk. Instead of fi nding support on knots and branches, the feet gain a foothold from the slightly fl exible polyurethane balls.

A starting point in play – for a short rest or renewed activity. Like Web Link but without the horizontal net.
In the safe Web Link, one or more users can sit down for a while before the adventure continues. A combination of nets offer both vertical and horizontal climbing towards Origo. It is also possible to climb hand over hand across the framework.
The tough Wiggler balance bar is a clear part of the loop for anyone playing “Shipwreck”. The bar is equipped with small balls and plates, which can make balancing on them quite diffi cult if you don’t know how. The bar is fl exible and rocks slightly when weight is put on the ends or middle of the bar. A true balancing act that requires both training and concentration!
The wing has a bridging function – climb over or go hand over hand. Wing is mobile and encourages the user’s to develop a rhythm, something that demands coordination and motor skills, not least when there is more than one user. The fl exibility contributes to a lower load that avoids strain on the joints.

Build your own HAGS Agito
Unlike many others, at HAGS we are proud of being able to offer an expandable system that makes it possible to create an individual solution. The poles used to build all Agito frames shown in the catalogue can also be combined in innumerable ways. Not all the components can be combined in all ways, which means there is some limitation. But there are still plenty of possible imaginative combinations. The process of building HAGS Agito requires knowledge of how components and play functions should be organised within the combination. The unique Agito combination is therefore created in cooperation between you and HAGS. You explain what you want, and together we build the equipment to meet your requirements. As an aid, we have 3D visualisations that create a realistic picture of the prospective combination, how it will look and work. The visualisation can easily be used to test various options regarding functions and colours. You will also get a good idea at an early stage of how much space your HAGS Agito will need to work, as well as how it will fit into the surrounding environment. Awareness and quick service are requirements in this process – as early as the design phase we start to plan for delivery and assembly. But how do you choose one fun thing over another? Experience suggests that it may be difficult to decide sometimes, and our prescription against indecision is childishly simple. Try it yourself. At HAGS we are happy to recommend an Agito combination in your area for you to try.

So you choose the colour !
The standard colour for our Agito system is an inviting combination of warm yellow and Agito blue. But just like children we love to move outside the framework, so you can therefore choose almost any colour you like. The plastic components are always warm yellow and black, but we can paint all the steel in the colour of your choice, based on the RAL scale. The deadline for delivery will be longer, 10-12 weeks, and the special colour also involves a price supplement of around15 percent. Here you can see some inspiring suggestions for colour combinations, but the choice is, of course, yours to make. If you need help with the palette, we can, of course, help work out a few suitable suggestions.

Safer surfacingThe safer surfacing must be shock-absorbing in accordance with EN 1176.
Degree of assemblyHAGS Agito play systems are assembled on site. The combination can be dismantled and re-assembled.
AnchoringGround anchoring for sinking into sand/gravel is standard.
The combination can also be anchored above ground, in which case it will be attached to a concrete slab. Only the bottom anchoring part needs to be replaced – the same pole can be used regardless of how the system is anchored. If you want to anchor the combination in loose fi ll material other than sand/gravel, contact your salesperson at HAGS for further consultation.
For all types of anchoring, the shock-absorbing safer surfacing must meet the requirements of EN 1176.
Patent-pending pole anchoring.The joint for the ground anchoring part is simple to attach and fi x in the vertical position. The design is patent-pending.
Inspection and maintenanceA HAGS Agito combination should be inspected every week. Maintenance takes place once a season.
MaterialsThe poles used in HAGS Agito are manufactured from high-strength steel tubing, Ø 127 mm. The tubing is pre-galvanised both externally and internally. They are powder-coated on the outside.
The mobile climbing ladders are clamped into rubber elements that ensure their fl exibility. The design of the rubber elements contributes to limiting the maximum movement. The Glider and Rodeo play functions and Agito’s pole tops are manufactured from rotation-cast polyethylene. Steep and Leaf are manufactured from the recycled material EkoGrip – a grey-black disc with a rubber wearing surface. For the huge climbing wall Cliff Hanger, Sail and Jungle Road, we have used HPL – a maintenance-free high-pressure laminate that can cope with the demanding outdoor environment. The black balls in Trunk, Branch and Wiggler, as for Punch, are manufactured from a fl exible microcell foam polyurethane. This material is also used in the seat for Rocks, Starter and in the board for Skater. The Punch punch bag has been reinforced with a steel frame in order to reduce the risk of damage. The climbing frames are manufactured from nylon-spun steel cable that provides maximum strength and resistance against injury. The frame attachments are made from steel and aluminium. Hot-galvanised steel components in the ground foundations.
