The Seudat Mashiach is dedicated to the glory of the G-d of Israel, who in
His great love and unbounded mercy sent to us Yeshua, our Righteous
Messiah at the right time, in the right place, born within the context of
Jewish life and Torah faithfulness to be our Redeemer.
In Egypt, G-d’s mighty hand brought Israel out of slavery to the
Egyptians.
In Yeshua, G-d’s mighty hand again brought freedom, this time from sin
and death, with His mighty hand nailed to a Roman stake.
May we all tonight celebrate the life and work of Yeshua and may we be
do the work necessary to build a Messianic Judaism for the future that is a
fitting place for the name of the G-d of Israel to be honored and in so
doing may we be worthy to experience the soon return of our Messiah and
that glorious day when all time is Shabbat…
3
The Seudat Mashiach is structured around the sharing of four cups of
wine. Each cup conveys a theme of the Seder: Sanctification,
Anticipation, Redemption and Praise.
This is the Mashiach's Feast. The Seudat Mashiach was originally started by the Baal Shem Tov, the
founder of the Hasidic movement within Judaism, as a concluding
meal of Pesach. He said that the first Seder was a commemoration of
redemption from Egypt, the final Seder (Seudat Mashiach), a
commemoration of the final redemption to be brought by King
Messiah.
As followers of Yeshua, our Righteous Messiah we know that he has
come once to atone for sin and we now await His glorious return to
take up his rightful place on David’s throne to reign as King of Israel
and Ruler of the Nations.
Tonight we will tell the story of the prophetic anticipation for
Messiah, the coming of Messiah as the Suffering Servant and look to
the future coronation of King Messiah when He returns, this will be a
night of honoring and giving the glory to King Messiah in all its
excitement, using symbolic props, dialogue, songs, and poetry.
We begin our Seudat Mashiach with a word of blessing as we begin this special time of honoring the One who is our King.

us life and strength and enabled us to reach this moment of joy.

THE FOUR CUPS
Sanctification-Sanctifying this time of honoring King Messiah.
Anticipation-The Suffering Servant foretold.
Redemption-The Suffering Servant makes atonement.
Praise- The Coronation of King Messiah
These four concepts will be the basis for the four cups of wine that
we will drink at the Seder tonight.
KIDDUSH--THE CUP OF SANCTIFICATION
The Hebrew word "Kiddush" means sanctification. But it is not the
wine we sanctify. Instead, the wine is a symbol of the sanctity, the
preciousness, and the sweetness of this moment. We are held
together by sacred bonds of family, friendship, peoplehood, we share
this table tonight with one another and with all the generations who
have come before us, those who have followed Yeshua in the past and
for the future generations of disciples of Yeshua. We belong to one
another. And we belong to the generations who have come before and
who will come after us, sharing this sacred story and celebration. let
us rise, and sanctify this singular moment.

commandments. In love, you have given us festivals for rejoicing and seasons of
celebration, this day of Seudat Mashiach, the time of our freedom, a
commemoration of King Messiah. Praised are You, L-rd, our G-d, who gave us this
joyful heritage and who sanctifies Israel and the festivals.

URHATZ -- WASHING
As we begin this meal we will perform a ceremonial hand washing.
There is no blessing said at this time.
KARPAS -- REBIRTH AND RENEWAL
We come to the karpas, the green vegetable usually parsley.
Parsley as a green vegetable pictures growth and life and as plants begin
to grow we look to the future.
This parsley’s green color will serve as a reminder of the hope of Messiah
that the prophets spoke of and it also is a reminder of the hyssop
branches that were dipped in the blood at Passover and in other sacrifices
being that atonement through blood was needed for atonement of sin.
The Prophets saw a mission of suffering and death of the Suffering
Servant. In dipping the karpas into salt water we also remember the tears
of our People in the many years of waiting for Messiah to come.

Blessed are You, L-rd, our G-d, King of the universe, who creates the fruit
of the earth.
(Eat the Parsley)
6
We now move to the Matzotash or Matzo bag. It is divided into three
sections. The leader will now take from the middle matzo, break it
and hide the piece in another bag. This is like the "afikoman" of
Pesach, the hidden matzo that the children will search for after
dinner. We will get to the broken matzo as we move to the future of
Messiah. We now return to the expectation of the Tanakh.
YAHATZ -- BREAKING THE MATZO
We now break the middle matzo and hide it away.
We know that Messiah was hidden for many years and would not
appear for hundreds of years after Isaiah, Micah, Zechariah and others
would foretell of his coming.
So then we know that the hidden matzo is real but not now, it is yet
to be revealed.
THE FOUR QUESTIONS
Free people ask questions. We begin our Seudat Mashiach with
questions. The custom is that the youngest at the table asks:
Why is this night of Seudat Mashiach different from all other nights of the year?
On all other nights, we eat either leavened or unleavened bread, why on this night do we eat only matzo?
On all other nights, we eat vegetables of all kinds, why on this night do we eat bitter herbs, dates, figs, grapes and almonds?
On all other nights, we do not dip our foods even once, why on this night do we dip parsley into salt water, matzo into bitter herbs and also into honey?
On all other nights, everyone sits up straight at the table, why on this night do we recline and eat at leisure?
7
MAGGID -- THE ANSWERS
There are many questions. And now we begin to answer.
This night is different than all other nights because it is the final
hours of Pesach and this is the Feast of Mashiach. Originally begun by
the Baal Shem Tov over 200 years ago. We as followers of Messiah
know that Messiah has come and that He is Yeshua, our Redeemer. We
celebrate this conclusion of Pesach in a feast of glorifying King
Messiah.
We eat unleavened bread because we begin this feast in the final
hour of Pesach and in obedience to G-d, we continue to eat Matzo.
We also see in the matzo a picture of purity (Flour and Water) and as
a source of physical sustenance that points to our faith trust in
Yeshua as our spiritual sustenance.
We eat bitter herbs to recall the bitterness of waiting for redemption
and the bitterness of sin that separated us from G-d, until we came to
him in faith trust. We eat dates, figs, grapes and almonds because
they are fruits of the land of Israel and as Israel is the resting place of
G-d's name and the future place of King Messiah's reign over the
Nations, we eat the foods that are associated with Eretz Israel in the
Torah.
We dip the Karpas into salt water to remember the sacrifices and tears
shed by our People. We dip matzo into bitter herbs to recall the
bitterness of waiting for redemption and that it was our sin that
separated us from G-d. We dip matzo into honey after the meal to
celebrate the sweetness of Messiah's presence among us and in
anticipation of the Messianic kingdom.
We eat at leisure because we are celebrating the rest we have in
the redemption brought to us by Messiah Yeshua.
8
JACOB SPEAKS OF THE COMING OF MESSIAH, A WORD OF TORAH
And Jacob sent for his sons, and said, Come together, all of you, so that I
may give you news of your fate in future times. Come near, O sons of
Jacob, and give ear to the words of Israel your father.
To you, Judah, will your brothers give praise: your hand will be on the neck
of your haters; your father's sons will go down to the earth before you.
Judah is a young lion; like a lion full of meat you have become great, my
son; now he takes his rest like a lion stretched out and like an old lion; by
whom will his sleep be broken? The rod of authority will not be taken
from Judah, and he will not be wiyout a law-giver, till he comes who has
the right to it, and the peoples will put themselves under his rule.
Knotting his ass's cord to the vine, and his young ass to the best vine;
washing his robe in wine, and his clothing in the blood of grapes: His eyes
will be dark with wine, and his teeth white with milk.
(Bereshit/Genesis 49)

DA'YENU - A SONG OF GRATITUDE
We have so many reasons to be grateful to G-d
tonight -- for the blessings of freedom and dignity,
friendship and family, prosperity and health. Anyone
of these "Da'yenu" -- would have been enough!
<RESPOND WITH "DAYENU">
How many are the gifts that G-d has granted

THE SECOND CUP -- THE CUP OF ANTICIPATION
We raise the Cup of Anticipation, and recite:
All:
Blessed are You, L-rd, our G-d, King of the universe, who has
redeemed us and our ancestors from Egypt, who has brought us to
this night when we celebrate our redemption by King Messiah. L-rd,
our G-d and G-d of our ancestors, enable us to celebrate in peace
other holy days and festivals, joyful in the rebuilding of Your city
Jerusalem and joyful in Your service. We will sing a new song of
thanksgiving for our redemption and for our spiritual liberation.
Praised are You, L-rd, redeemer of the people Israel.

fruit of the vine.
This cup leads us into the Prophets foretelling of Messiah and the
glorious coming of Messiah revealed in the Brit Chadashah.
MESSIAH TO BE BORN INTO OUR WORLD ... THE PROPHECY BY MICAH.
"And you, Beth-lechem Ephrathah, the least among the families of
Judah, out of you one will come to me who is to be ruler in Israel;
whose going out has been purposed from time past, from the eternal
days."
Micah 5:2, BBE.
11
MESSIAH FORETOLD-THE SUFFERING SERVANT (Isaiah 52-53)
Reader #1
"See, my servant will do well in his undertakings, he will be honored, and
lifted up, and be very high.
As peoples were surprised at him, And his face was not beautiful, so as to
be desired: his face was so changed by disease as to be unlike that of a
man, and his form was no longer that of the sons of men.
Reader #2
But it was our pain he took, and our diseases were put on him: while
to us he seemed as one diseased, on whom G-d's punishment had
come. But it was for our sins he was wounded, and for our evil
doings he was crushed: he took the punishment by which we have
peace, and by his wounds we are made well.
Reader #3
We all went wandering like sheep; going everyone of us after his
desire; and the L-rd put on him the punishment of us all.
Men were cruel to him, but he was gentle and quiet; as a lamb taken
to its death, and as a sheep before those who take her wool makes
no sound, so he said not a word.
Reader #4
They took away from him help and right, and who gave a yought to
his fate? For he was cut off from the land of the living: he came to his
death for the sin of my people. And they put his body into the earth
with sinners, and his last resting-place was with the evildoers, yough
he had done no wrong, and no deceit was in his mouth.
12
ROCHTZA -- WASHING THE HANDS
As before, everyone washes with three cupfuls of water. The
blessing is recited while drying the hands.
In the Torah, only the priests of the Temple are commanded to
wash, and only before they partake of the sacrificial meal.
Today, we have no Temple in Jerusalem, no altar, no priests and no
sacrifices. Instead, in our day every home can be a place of worship,
like the Temple, every table like an altar, every meal a sanctified
experience, and every Jew a priest. And eating, a mechanical biological
function can be transformed into an act of worship.

15
MESSIAH REVEALED ...
Reader #1
"From the first he was the Word, and the Word was in relation with G-d and was G-d.
This Word was from the first in relation with G-d.
All things came into existence through him, and wiyout him nothing
was. What came into existence in him was life, and the life was the
light of men.
Reader #2
And the light goes on shining in the dark; it is not overcome by the
dark. There was a man sent from G-d, whose name was John.
He came for witness, to give witness about the light, so that all men might
have faith through him.
He himself was not the light: he was sent to give witness about the
light. The true light, which gives light to every man, was then
coming into the world.
17
Reader #3
He was in the world, the world that came into being through him, but
the world had no knowledge of him.
He came to the things which were his and his people did not take
him to their hearts.
Reader #4
To all those who did so take him, however, he gave the right of
becoming children of G-d--that is, to those who had faith in his
name:
Whose birth was from G-d and not from blood, or from an impulse
of the flesh and man's desire.
Reader #5
And so the Word became flesh and took a place among us for a time;
and we saw his glory--such glory as is given to an only son by his
father--saw it to be true and full of grace."
(Yochanan 1:1-14, BBE.)
18
A PSALM OF REJOICING
Leader:
Therefore, let us rejoice at the miracle of the coming of Messiah, and
sing unto G-d who brought us
All:
From slavery to freedom from despair to joy
from mourning to celebration from darkness to light
from enslavement to redemption.
Leader:
Let us sing before G-d a new song, Halleluyah!
ALL:
When Israel went out of Egypt, Jacob's household from a people of
strange speech, Judah became G-d's sanctuary, Israel His kingdom.
The sea saw it and fled; the Jordan turned backward. The mountains
skipped like rams, and the hills like lambs. Why is it, sea that you flee?
Why, O Jordan, do you turn backward? You mountains, why do you
skip like rams? You hills, why do you leap like lambs? 0 earth, tremble
at the L-rd's presence, at the presence of the G-d of Jacob, who turns
the rock into a pond of water, the flint into a flowing fountain.
(Psalm 114)
19
SHARING THE HIDDEN MATZO
(The search for the "hidden matzo". The Seudat cannot conclude
until the hidden matzo is found.)
We come to the "hidden matzo". As the meal comes to an end, we "ransom" back the hidden matzo
from it's finder. The hidden matzo is distributed.
It was at the point after the Passover meal that Yeshua, took the
matzo, made a blessing and passed it out to the disciples.
"After the meal, Yeshua took matzo and, after blessing it, he
gave the broken matzo to the disciples and said, Take it; this is my
body."
(Matthew 26:26, BBE)
Tonight in a similiar way that at the Pesach seder we will eat the
matzo after the meal in remembrance of Yeshua's death for our
atonement, but we will also dip the matzo in honey to begin our move
from the anticipation of Messiah to the adoration of King Messiah as
we taste the sweetness of the Messianic Age coming when Yeshua
will rule and reign from Jerusalem and all the world will live in Peace.

THE THIRD CUP - THE CUP OF REDEMPTION
We raise the Cup of Redemption. This cup that remembers the
Redemption of Yeshua on our behalf at the stake.
This was the cup after the meal that Yeshua took and made note that
this cup is also to be drunk in remembrance of His death for the
redemption of the world. This is a fulfillment of the People of Israel's
role in being a people devoted to G-d and also being a light to the
Nations to bring all men to redemption and relationship to the G-d of
Israel.
"And Yeshua took a cup and, having said the blessing, he gave it
to them, saying,
Take of it; all of you, for this is my blood of the renewed
covenant, which is given for men for the forgiveness of sins."
(Matt 26:26-27)

THE RENEWED COVENANT
LEADER:
We know the redemption that Yeshua brings to our lives we drink
this cup as a remembrance but also looking forward to the future
fulfilling of the Brit Chadashah spoken of by Jeremiah:
"See, the days are coming, says the L-rd, when I will make a new
covenant with the people of Israel and with the people of Judah:
Not like the covenant, which I made with their fathers, on the day
when I took them by the hand to be their guide out of the land of
Egypt; which covenant was broken by them, and I gave them up,
says the L-rd.
But this is the covenant which I will make with the people of Israel
after those days, says the L-rd; I will put my law in their inner parts,
writing it in their hearts; and I will be their G-d, and they will be my
people.
And no longer will they be teaching every man his neighbor and
every man his brother, saying, Get knowledge of the L-rd: for they
will all have knowledge of me, from the least of them to the greatest
of them, says the L-rd: for they will have my forgiveness for their
evil-doing, and their sin will go from my memory for ever."
Jeremiah 31 :31 -34, BBE.
At Yeshua's Passover Seder, He and His disciples sang to the L-rd,
as it is written:
"And after a song of praise to G-d, they went out
to the Mountain of Olives."
(Matthew 26:30 BBE)
We continue the Coronation of King Messiah by saying the Hallel Psalms.

HALLEL PSALMS
PSALM 115
Not to us, O L-rd, not to us, but to Your name give glory because of
Your lovingkindness, because of Your truth. Why should the nations
say, where now is their G-d? But our G-d is in the Heavens; He does
whatever He pleases. Their idols are silver and gold, the works of
men's hands. They have mouths but they cannot speak; they have
eyes but they cannot see; they have ears but they cannot hear; they
have noses but they cannot smell; they have hands but they cannot
feel; they have feet but they cannot walk; they cannot make a sound
with their throat.
Those who make them will become like them, everyone who trusts in
them. o Israel, trust in the L-rd; He is their help and their shield. 0
house of Aaron, trust in the L-rd; He is their help and their shield. You
who fear the L-rd, trust in the L-rd; He is their help and their shield.
The L-rd has been mindful of us; He will bless us; He will bless the
house of Israel; He will bless the house of Aaron. He will bless those
who fear the L-rd, the small together with the great. May the L-rd
give you increase, you and your children. May you be blessed of the
L-rd, Maker of Heaven and Earth.
The Heavens are the Heavens of the L-rd; but the Earth He has given
to the sons of men. The dead do not praise the L-rd, nor do any who
go down into silence; but as for us, we will bless the L-rd from this
time forth and forever.
Praise the L-rd!
29
PSALM 116
I love the L-rd because He hears my voice and my supplications.
Because He has inclined His ear to me, therefore I shall call upon Him
as long as I live. The cords of death encompassed me, and the terrors
of Sheol came upon me; I found distress and sorrow. Then I called
upon the name of the L-rd; 0 L-rd I beseech You, save my life!
Gracious is the L-rd, and righteous; yes our G-d is compassionate.
The L-rd preserves the simple; I was brought low, and He saved me.
Return to your rest O my soul, for the L-rd has dealt bountifully with
you. For You have rescued my soul from death, my eyes from tears,
my feet from stumbling. I shall walk before the L-rd in the land of the
living. I believed when I said, I am greatly afflicted. I said in my alarm,
all men are liars. What shall I render to the L-rd for all His benefits
toward me? I shall lift up the cup of salvation, and call upon the name
of the L-rd. I shall pay my vows to the L-rd, 0 may it be in the
presence of all His people.
Precious in the sight of the L-rd is the death of His G-dly ones. 0 L-
rd, surely I am Your servant; I am Your servant, the son of Your
handmaid; You have loosed my bonds. To You I shall offer a sacrifice
of thanksgiving, and call upon the name of the L-rd. I shall pay my
vows to the L-rd, 0 may it be in the presence of all His people, in the
courts of the L-rd's house, in the midst of you, 0 Jerusalem. Praise the
L-rd!
PSALM 117 Praise the L-rd, all you nations; extol Him, all you peoples. For great
is His love toward us, and the faithfulness of the L-rd endures
forever. Praise the L-rd!
30
PSALM 118
Give thanks to the L-rd, for He is good; His love endures forever. let
Israel say: His love endures forever. let the house of Aaron say: His
love endures forever. let those who fear the L-rd say: His love endures
forever. In my anguish I cried to the L-rd, and He answered by setting
me free. The L-rd is with me; I will not be afraid. What can man do to
me? The L-rd is with me; He is my helper. I will look in triumph on my
enemies.
It is better to take refuge in the L-rd than to trust in man. It is better
to take refuge in the L-rd than to trust in princes. All the nations
surrounded me, but in the name of the L-rd I cut them off. They
surrounded me on every side, but in the name of the L-rd I cut them
off. They swarmed around me like bees, but they died out as quickly
as burning thorns; in the name of the L-rd I cut them off.
I was pushed back and about to fall, but the L-rd helped me. The L-rd
is my strength and my song; He has become my salvation. Shouts of
joy and victory resound in the tents of the righteous: the L-rd's right
hand has done mighty things! The L-rd's right hand is lifted high; the
L-rd's right hand has done mighty things!
I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the L-rd has done. The
L-rd has chastened me severely, but He has not given me over to
death. Open for me the gates of righteousness; I will enter and give
thanks to the L-rd. This is the gate of the L-rd through which the
righteous may enter. I will give You thanks, for You answered me; You
have become my salvation.
The Stone that the builders rejected has become the Cornerstone; the
L-rd has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes. This is the day
that the L-rd has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. O L-rd, save
us; O L-rd, grant us success. Blessed is He who comes in the name of
the L-rd. From the house of the L-rd we bless you. The L-rd is G-d,
and He has made His light shine upon us. With boughs in hand, join in
the festal procession up to the horns of the altar. You are my G-d, and
I will give You thanks; You are my G-d, and I will exalt You. Give
thanks to the L-rd, for He is good; His love endures forever.
31
ELIJAH'S CUP
The prophet Elijah symbolizes the dreams of the Jewish people. Elijah
challenged the injustice of the king, and overthrew idol worship. He
healed the sick and protected the helpless. At the end of his days on
earth, his disciple Elisha had a vision of Elijah carried off to heaven in
fiery chariot.
The prophet Malachi promised that Elijah return one day to announce
the coming of the Messiah, when all the world will celebrate universal
freedom. legend relates that Elijah returns to earth each day to carry
forward the work of bringing justice and peace.
This cup is Elijah's cup. In setting this cup at our table, we invite Elijah
to join us, and we bring his passion for justice into our lives. But the
cup is empty. No one has yet stepped forward to fill it.
According to Hasidic custom, we pass Elijah's cup from person to
person at the table, each person pouring a little wine into Elijah's cup
from our own cups, until it is filled. In this way we recognize that we
must act together, each contributing our best talents and energies, to
bring Elijah's promise to the world.
We as at the Pesach seder have a cup of Elijah, the one who will be the
forerunner of Messiah. We await the second coming of King Messiah
to rule and to reign, may we be fortunate to see the coming of the
King!
To this point, the Cup of Elijah has sat empty on our table. Pass
the cup around the table. Everyone should fill the cup from his or
her own cup.
32
OPENING THE DOOR
We now open the door, to check for Elijah the Prophet, the forerunner of
the Messiah. Will the time have come for the return of the Messiah?
The youngest person goes and opens the door to look for Elijah.
We now stand, and we sing about the redemption of which Elijah will be
the forerunner.
Eliyahu ha-navi, Eliyahu ha-tishbi, Eliyahu, Eliyahu, Eliyahu ha-
giladi. Bim-hei-rah be'yamenu, yavo eileinu, im mashiach ben David,
im mashiach ben David.
Elijah the prophet, Elijah the Tishbite. Elijah, Elijah, Elijah the
Gileadite. Speedily and in our days, come to us, With the Messiah,
son of David,
With the Messiah, son of David.
33
THE FOURTH CUP -- THE CUP OF PRAISE
This is the final cup. This is the cup that looks to the future and this
was the cup that Yeshua did not drink from at the Seder with the
disciples. He was pointing to the great day of praise that was yet to
come.
"But I say to you that from now I will not take of this fruit of the
vine, till that day when I take it new with you in my Father's kingdom."
(Matt 26:28 BBE)
We now come to the Cup of Praise that marks the coronation of King
Messiah.
We will stand to show honor to King Messiah.

THE CORONATION OF KING MESSIAH
Reader #1
Lift up your heads, O you gates, the King of Glory shall come in. Who
is the King of Glory? Who is this King of Glory? The L-rd strong and
mighty, the L-rd mighty in battle, the L-rd of Hosts. He is the King of
Glory, the L-rd of Hosts.
(Psalm 24:7-10)
Reader #2
Then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, "death is
swallowed up in victory". O death, O death, where is your sting? O
grave, O grave, where is your victory?
Reader #3
But thanks be to G-d, Who gives us the victory through our L-rd
Messiah Yeshua. If G-d be for us, who can be against us? Who shall
lay anything to the charge of G-d's elect? It is G-d that justifies. Who
is he that condemns? It is Messiah that died, yes rather, that is risen
again, Who is at the right hand of G-d, Who makes intercession for us,
Who is at the right hand of G-d.
(1 Cor 15:54-56, Romans 8:31-34)
Reader #4
Worthy is the lamb that was slain, and has redeemed us to G-d by His
blood, to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and
honor, and glory, and blessing!
Blessing, and honor, glory, and power, be unto Him that sits
upon the throne, and unto the lamb, for ever and ever,
(Revelation 5:12-13)

THE FUTURE REIGN OF KING MESSIAH
Leader:
“And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first
earth were gone; and there was no more sea.
And I saw the holy town, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from
G-d, like a bride made beautiful for her husband.
And there came to my ears a great voice out of the high seat, saying, See,
the Tent of G-d is with men, and he will make his living-place with them,
and they will be his people, and G-d himself will be with them, and be
their G-d.
All:
And he will put an end to all their weeping; and there will be no more
death, or sorrow, or crying, or pain; for the first things have come to an
end. And he who is seated on the high seat said, See, I make all things
new. And he said, Put it in the book; for these words are certain and true.
Leader:
And he said to me, It is done. I am the First and the Last, the start and the
end. I will freely give of the fountain of the water of life to him who is in
need. He who overcomes will have these things for his heritage; and I will
be his G-d, and he will be my son.”
All:
And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him who gives ear,
say, Come. And let him who is in need come; and let everyone desiring
it take of the water of life freely.
He who gives witness to these things says, Truly, I come quickly. Even
so come, L-rd Yeshua! May the grace of the L-rd Yeshua be with us
all!

AS WE WAIT FOR THAT DAY...
Leader
The Chafetz Chaim instructs us in how we should wait for the Messiah’s coming. May we embrace these words and do them and may we be worthy to be those who welcome our coming king!
All
“It is incumbent to await the coming of Mashiach every single day, and all
day long… It is not enough to believe in the coming of Mashiach, but each
day one must await his coming… Furthermore, it is not enough to await his
coming every day, but it is to be in the manner of our prayer ‘we await
Your salvation all the day,’ that is, to await and expect it every day, and all
day long, literally every moment!”

As we conclude the Seudat Mashiach we pray for the State of Israel,
the future place of Messiah’s reign in righteousness and peace.
PRAYER FOR THE STATE OF ISRAEL
Our Father in Heaven, Rock and Redeemer of Israel, bless the State of
Israel, the first manifestation of the approach of our redemption.
Shield it with Your lovingkindness, envelop it in Your peace, and
bestow Your light and truth upon its leaders, ministers, and advisors,
and grace them with Your good counsel. Strengthen the hands of
those who defend our holy land, grant them deliverance, and adorn
them in a mantle of victory. Ordain peace in the land and grant its
inhabitants eternal happiness. lead them, swiftly and upright, to Your
city Zion and to Jerusalem, the abode of Your Name, as is written in
the Torah of Your servant Moses: "Even if your outcasts are at the
ends of the world, from there the L-rd your G-d will gather you, from
there He will fetch you. And the L-rd your G-d will bring you to the
land that your fathers possessed, and you shall possess it; and He will
make you more prosperous and more numerous than your fathers."
Draw our hearts together to revere and venerate Your name and to
observe all the precepts of Your Torah, and send us quickly the
Messiah son of David, agent of Your vindication, to redeem those who
await Your deliverance.
Manifest yourself in the splendor of Your boldness before the eyes
of all inhabitants of Your world, and may everyone endowed with a
soul affirm that the L-rd, G-d of Israel, is king and his dominion is
absolute. Amen forevermore.

PRAYER FOR ISRAEL'S MIA SOLDIERS.
May He who blessed our fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Yosef,
Moses and Aaron, David and Solomon bless, guard and protect our
prisoners of war and IDF soldiers missing in action, and our brothers
who are imprisoned in Iran, among all our other brothers who belong
to the Jewish people and are in distress and being held captive for
the sake of this community which prays on their behalf. May G-d be
filled with mercy for them, and bring them out of darkness and the
shadow of death, may He release their bonds and save them from
anguish, and return them speedily to their families and may salvation
come swiftly. "May they thank the L-rd for His kindness and wonders
for the human race". And may the words of the Bible be fulfilled, as it
is written: "Those redeemed by G-d will return and arrive at Zion
with glad song and eternal gladness on their heads;joy and gladness
shall they attain, and sorrow and misery shall flee, and let us say,
Amen."

As we conclude the Seudat Mashiach we finish with the hope that next year
we will be in Jerusalem celebrating the Passover in peace in the Messianic
kingdom. May we be privileged to see that day when Messiah will bring the
unending peace to Israel and to our world.
