For preparations manufacturing “NaDO” company uses up-to-date technological equipment from leading European machinery plants Original recipes are created in modern laboratory within customer requirements. This has a beneficial effect on a customer’s competitive performance.

Advanced manufacturing techniques and quality control technologies of output products realized in manufacturing process of natural preparations. They are:

• vacuum cooking within a film layer that excludes intruding of foreign objects and microorganisms from the atmosphere;

• continuous check of solid and acidity level in line.All the operations from ingredients loading

to aseptic packaging for ready products are automated in compliance with indicated programs.

Processing equipment meets the standards ISO and HACCP that provide safety for employees on the plant as well as end products.

ASEPTIC PACKAGING OF PREPARATIONS

For packaging of natural preparations “NaDO” company uses a complex filling system. This system lets connect both aseptic packaging “bag in box” and metal containers to processing equipment for mixing in a line.

Easy service and simple design of a filling system let us use natural preparations effectively excluding potential microorganisms penetration during a product unpacking in non-aseptic conditions.

Filling is carried out into tree types of tare:

• рolythene bag + corrugated box – 12.5 - 25 kg;• аseptic packaging “bag in box” – 25 - 250 kg; • аseptic containers – 500 - 1000 kg.
