Our Chef JULIANO SILVA FREITAS, is from the state of Minas Gerais, the area of Brazil most famous for fantastic food! He has spent his life in the kitchen and has been working in the food industry for 15 years. Juliano has worked in very famous ‘churrascarias’ in Brazil, including Porcao and Fogo de Chao.

W alking in to Dillinger’s, one immediately feels at home. Inside, the décor brings to mind the story of John Dillinger, the “Robin Hood of the Depression,” with clippings and photos from Chicago circa the
1930s. The pub atmosphere is spacious yet comfortable, offering plenty of seating and good music. And no matter where you call home, this bar will sat-isfy your taste with everything from fish and chips to chicken wings.
It all began when Carlos and Jay met in a trivia night face-off many years ago here in Seoul (and if you want to know the winner, it depends on who you
ask). After a short hiatus, Carlos was drawn back to Korea to open a bar with Jay and Yeon-mi in 2009. Having recently celebrating its 2-year anniversary, Dillinger’s has turned into a watering hole for a wide range of clientele and events, including local dart
