Write 1 paragraph each from subsequent chapters.
ABSTRACT
Introduction of the project. Background: What and Why this project. Significance: What are the uses/benefits of this project, Objectives and Scope- What problem will It solve and
how, Project Features- features that are unique to your
project,
CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
About already existing projects, that are similar to your project.
Should contain at least 3 of the previous works. Should focus on the unique solutions as well as the
demerits. Should be analytical.
CHAPTER 2: LITERATURE REVIEW
Introduction to Existing Systems- How actually the present system works?
Issues in existing system- what are the problems at the present system.
Solution to the issues – what solutions would your project provide for solving the problem(s).
CHAPTER 3: ANALYSIS OF ISSUES & SOLUTIONS
Contains diagrams like:
System Architecture,
Context Diagram
Data Flow Diagram (up to Level 2),
System Design,
Data Dictionary,
Working Procedure,
Flowchart Diagram,
Use Case Diagram
Algorithm
CHAPTER 4: DESIGN SPECIFICATION AND IMPLEMENTATION
Find the Major Scenario Perform the Experiment Get the snapshot of the Result Provide a brief Analysis of the result.
CHAPTER 5: EXPERIMENT RESULT AND ANALYSIS
Conclusion
Conclude in points.
Don’t put “I have learned ….. Or it was a great learning …. ”
If there is anything that you put in objectives and you found it somewhat not convincing during implementation, place those things here.
Future Work
If there is some possibility of extending the present project, put it here.
Do not put “Due to lack of …..”
CHAPTER 6: CONCLUSION AND FUTURE WORK
List of References –The reference material should include the author name, title, year in details. Please do not mention the references of the websites in the report as far as applicable.
If website is to be included, please provide complete website link along with the date of access i.e.: [accessed on: date].
Appendices – Appendices are provided to give supplementary information, which is included in the main text may serve as a distraction and cloud the central theme. Appendices should be numbered using Arabic numerals, e.g. Appendix 1, Appendix 2, etc. Tables and References appearing in appendices should be numbered and referred to appropriate places just as in the case of chapters.
