200 Bar Manometer on Filling Panel

Manometer for Oil Pressure: MUST be about 60 bar

Plastic Condensation Reservoir MUST be drained every month

Safety Valve on 200 Bar side - Opens at ca. 225 bar MUST be changed every 2 years (See Cert. Plate or the Certificate in the Compressor Folder..

Switch for Safety Valve Test (300 bar). Push the switch UP and start the Compressor. Final Safety Valve MUST open at ca. 330 bar. REMEMBER: Put the Switch DOWN again after the test.

WARNING on Securus Filter. Yellow Light = Pre-Warning Red Light = Warning...Compressor STOPS. FILTER MUST BE CHANGED.

300 Bar Manometer on the Filling Panel

For Oil Change: Drain the Compressor Block with the Oil Hose on the side of the Compressor. Fill with Shell Corena P-150 to the correct level on the Dipstick.

Presostate for adjusting Final Pressure. MUST be set to 305 / 310 bar.

Safety Valve on 300 bar side. Opens at 330 bar.MUST be changed every 2 years.Check on Certification Plate or the Certificate in the Compressor Folder.

Timer for Condensation Drain. MUST open every 20 minutes for 6 seconds..)

Bleed Off Valve.

Before changing the Securus Filter... OPEN this Valve to release the Filter House Pressure.

Dip Stick for checking Oil Level. For Oil Change or Refilling use ONLY:

SHELL CORENA P-150.

Reducer Valve for 200 bar. To make a Safety Valve Test on 200 bar side: Turn the Black Wheel till the Safety Valve opens.

It MUST open at ca. 225 bar. When the test is done REMEMBER to adjust the Valve to 205 / 210 bar.

Securus Filter Change: Bleed off the Filter House - Remove the top of the housing - Use the tool over the filter - Remove the old filter - Insert new filter (Type: 060036). - Put housing top back in place.

Tool for opening the Filter House. NOTE: Bleed Off the Filter House BEFORE opening.
