Now you can have your Global Token integrated into Global Mobile

Benefits:It allows you to make your transactions faster through Global Mobile without having to have 2 applications.

Requirements:• To be affiliated with Online Banking and Global Mobile, if you are not a user yet,

we invite you to join, you can consult the guides that we have available on our Website, section “Channels”.

• Have an Intelligent Mobile Device with one of the following Operating Systems:o Android 4.0.3 +o iOS 8.0 +

ACTIVATION

To activate your Token in Global Mobile you must perform the following steps:

1. Generate Coupon:• Enter your Online Banking with your Username and Password verifying that the

Avatar is correct• Enter the "Configuration" menu and select the "Token" option, then

"Administration", you will remain on the "Device request management" screen

• Verify that your status is “Active” and select this option• Press the option “Generate / Regenerate coupon”• On the “Coupon Generation” screen, enter a “Passcode” according to the rules

indicated by the system and confirm it. The "Passcode" is your password to enter the "Global Token" application

• The system will show you the data of your operating company and cell phone, then answer your “Security Question” and press “Confirm”

• The message “Operation successful” will appear, press the “Accept” button• Then you will receive an email with your “Coupon” number

2.Enter the Global Mobile APP:• Within the Global Mobile application select the “Token” option.

Note: in case the “Token” option does not appear, you must go to your APP or PLAY Store and update the Global Mobile APP.

• The “Soft Token Activation” screen will appear, enter the “Passcode” created in your Online Banking, in step 1, the “Coupon Number” received in your email and press the “Confirm” button

• The “Generate” button will appear to obtain your security codes.

The following message appears, press "Accept"

• Ready! You can use your integrated Token for Online Banking and Mobile Banking.

Note: The coupon can be used only once, in case you enter the wrong “Passcode” and the “Coupon No.” is correct, the “Coupon No.” will be taken as expired, so you must generate it again in your Online Banking. The following message will appear:

You can now uninstall the “Global Token” APP on your mobile device

3 Transactions: Online Banking: Enter the “Global Mobile” app, press the Token button then, then

the “Generate” button to obtain the security codes.

Mobile Banking: The system will automatically load the “Token” security code in the “Authorization” section, then press “Confirm”
