FOOTBALL INFORMATION PRACTICE/ EQUIPMENT DELIVERY

Guest team practice is set from 5-6:30pm the day prior to the contest. Please contact Tom Shurtliff, Equipment Manager, at (801) 626-6503 or (801) 698-2015.

LOCKER ROOMS

The visiting team locker room is located under the west stands at the north end of Stewart Stadium. Team buses should drop off at the west entrance and move to the parking lot on the northwest side of the stadium until pick-up time.

UNIFORMS

Weber State wears royal purple jerseys with white pants for all home games. PRESS BOX

Press and Media members enter the press box facility on the west side of the Sky Suites and take the elevator to level five. The Visiting Coaches box is also located on level five. Passes must be presented on the ground level for elevator access.

CREDENTIALS – TEAM & MEDIA

Home team is located on the west sidelines closest to the press box. Visiting team is located on the east sideline.

GAME DAY PROVISIONS

Locker room/ athletic training room: The visiting team will be provided with ice bags and cups, taping tables and treatment area, Whirlpool, Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulator, Hydrocollator, crutches, splints, emergency equipment, showers & restrooms, towels & hot packs. VISITING CHEERLEADERS/ MASCOTS/ BAND

Cheerleaders, mascots, and band will be admitted on the field in uniform. Please enter via the Northwest gate in Stewart Stadium. There are no locker room facilities available for visiting bands, cheerleaders, or mascots. Please check with Summer Willis, Spirit Squad Advisor, at (801) 626-7163 for field passes or any other needs.

WARM-UP AREA

The field will be available to both teams two hours prior to kick-off. Weber State’s warm-up will be on the south end and west side of the field. Visiting team will be at the north end and east side of the field.

VOLLEYBALL INFORMATION All practices and games will be held at the Reed K. Swenson Building on Weber State University campus. The court at the Swenson building will be available from 6:30pm to 8:00pm one day prior to competition. The facility will also be available from 3:00pm – 6:00pm the day of competition. Turn left into the parking lot. All vehicles should be parked in this lot. Weber State sports information staff will provide visiting teams with 20 complimentary game programs, which will also provide final statistics, using the NCAA volleyball score form. A press area is available outside the locker rooms and will be the site used for post-game interviews. After a 10 minute cooling off period, the visiting coach and any requested players should be available in the interview area. Athletic Training Information

An athletic trainer will be available approximately 1.5 hours prior to competition. Our staff will provide towels, water, and cups on the bench. An assortment of soft drinks are provided after the game. Ice and hydrocolator pads will be available at the competition site before and after the game. The proper medical emergency equipment will also be available on site and a physician will be in attendance or will be on call. You may have access to facility by making prior arrangements through Nancy Weir at (801) 626-6599.

Ticket Information

Tickets will be available one hour prior to game time at the south entrance of the Swenson Building. Ticket prices are Adults $5.00, Youth/senior $3.00, groups of 20+ are $2.00.

Pass List Information

An NCAA Student -athlete pass list will be given to the visiting team upon arrival for the match. The pass list must be completed and returned to the window 45 minutes prior to match time. The ticket window is located on the Southwest side of the Swenson gym. Per NCAA policy, four (4) complimentary admissions are allowed per travel party member.

• All matches will be the best 3 of 5 games with rally point scoring in the 5th and deciding game. • Baden Lexum 15-0 (colored) will be the game ball. • 3-ball rotation system will be used. • There will be a 10 minute time-out between games 2 and 3 for promotional events with a

3-minute warm-up period included in the 10 minutes. • Exceptions to the pre-match protocol may be made in order to recognize seniors & parents.

SOCCER INFORMATION

All practices and games will be held on the Wildcat Soccer Field & PE Play Field. The former soccer field was completely renovated and resurfaced in the summer of 2006. It is a natural grass playing surface. Directions to Field

From Harrison Blvd, turn right at 4000 S, follow the roundabout to the right on Dixon Dr. Follow Dixon Dr which will curve to the left, pass the football practice field, PE field will be on the left side. The field is located immediately south of the Swenson Gymnasium. (See campus map, building 51).

Parking

Parking is available adjacent to the Swenson gym in lot A7, to the west of the field in lot W6, or across the street in lot W9. Parking is available in these areas one hour prior to game time on game days. For parking passes to be used during practice times, please contact Meagan Thunell (801) 626-7291.

Admission

For fall 2008 games, admission is free for all spectators. Practice Times

Walk-through practices on the game field can be scheduled for the day prior to competition. In case of inclement weather, an alternate practice site will be provided. To schedule a practice time, please contact Meagan Thunell (801) 626-7291.

Locker Rooms
