The Guardtech Project Team are focussed on working with you to achieve the most accurate and well considered design possible. Working with existing drawings or starting from scratch; taking your thoughts and ideas and transferring them into full CAD layouts. 3D modelling & virtual walk-throughs are available.

DESIGN PROCESSConsultation is the key to good design - a great Cleanroom is founded on a 2 way relationship between the client and the provider; Guardtech embrace this philosophy with their 5 stage design process:

Design is a process; just like a good book, it is re-written after several drafts. Following on from the initial client consultation Guardtech form a first draft, which is presented to all project stakeholders, and provides the basis for revision until all parties are satisfied to initiate the Installation phase.

DOCUMENTATION

Guardtech understand the es-sential nature of Regulatory Compliance and therefore en-sure all designs adhere to nec-essary standards, supported by detailed documentation. Working with or devising URS, FDS, IQ and OQ documenta-tion as well as supporting de-sign dossiers.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Focussed on driving the prog-ress of your project and pro-viding accurate forecasting to minimise disruption to your everyday business activities. A dedicated project manager will devise a working schedule and provide you with progress re-ports every step of the way.

Installation is performed by experienced Guardtech engineers and approved, fully trained sub-contractors. The Guardtech in-stallation engineers are professionally trained in Cleanroom Construction and have many years of experience, not only in-stalling controlled environments but also servicing and operat-ing within them. CLEANINGFollowing any cleanroom construction or renova-tion project, the Guardtech Clean Team offer a de-contamination & commissioning clean, especially concentrated on deep soil removal & elimination of heavy particulate build up prior to validation.The Clean Team also carry out post-shutdown cleaning and facility decontamination cleans after planned and/or emergency maintenance.

TRAININGOperator compliance is a key factor in ensuring that your environment performs to optimum lev-els. Guardtech offer bespoke operator training that focuses directly on the needs of the environment balanced against the demands of your processes and application. Safe and controlled transfer of equipment, product and per-sonell are essential elements of your application but are also major considerations for environmental control. Guardtech have a range of equipment to safely minimise the risk of contamination from incoming and outgoing Clean-room traffic, and can install equipment retrospectively, whilst in operation, or during Cleanroom Installations.

PASS THROUGH HATCHES

Pass Boxes or Transfer Hatches allow the movement of ma-terials into and out of the Cleanroom, without actual person-nel movement, minimising the risk of particulate ingress and contamination, and improving production flow. Manufactured from stainless steel, powder coated mild steel or polypropylene, available in a range of standard sizes or custom made to exact specification.

AIR SHOWERS

The greatest source of contamination to your Cleanroom is personell. Air Showers are installed at the entrance to controlled areas and are used as a means of removing and minimising particulate from the operator when moving from one room to another or upon entry to the Cleanroom. The units are normally fabricated in Stainless Steel and are self-contained with high velocity HEPA filtered air blow jets which bathe the user when walking through. Interlocked doors at each end ensure particle entrapment during operation, and return grilles filter exhaust air to contain particles and maintain critical control within your Cleanroom.

LAMINAR FLOW

Laminar Air Flow units are used throughout industry to cre-ate a clean working environment. Laminar Air Flow Units may offer either horizontal or vertical airflow patterns. They incor-porate as a minimum two stage filtration with “course” pre fil-tration and final absolute HEPA or ULPA filtration to 99.997% efficiency at 0.5micron. They can be fabricated in a range of materials such as Stainless Steel or Polypropylene and also available with a range of monitoring and control systems.

DESSICATORS

A Dessicator Cabinet is an enclosure with a sup-ply of desiccant which maintains an internal envi-ronment of between 1-50% RH. Guardtech offer a range of low humidity storage cabinets designed to protect your product and improve yield. Manu-factured from acryllic or Stainless Steel with Digital display, locks, castors or levelling legs.

FUME CUPBOARDS

Guardtech offer an advisory, design, manufacturing and installation service. The professionally designed fume cupboards and extraction systems ensure excellent performance, low noise levels, minimum heating costs and a high level of safety.

All products are designed and manufactured using modern machinery equipped with the latest CNC technology, for cutting, punching and bending operations. Painting and finishing is carried out using a 3 stage cleaning process, prior to the epoxy powder coating of components on a fully automated and computerised painting plant. This process en-sures consistent paint quality, thickness and finish. Delivery and instal-lation is carried out using our own fleet of vehicles and highly skilled installation engineers.

To provide operator and product protection, whilst protecting against cross-contamination for work with bulk quantities of fine powders and volatile liquids.

NITROGEN GENERATOR

Gas generators eliminate the need for costly, inconvenient high pressure gas cylinders in the work place. With or with-out an integral oil free compressor, the generators deliver a continuous flow of gas without the need for secondary puri-fication. Gas is produced at low pressures thus removing the need for high pressure cylinders or liquid dewars and a con-stant uninterrupted gas supply increases efficiency and re-duces downtime on cylinder change-over and instrument cali-bration.Gas generators can be installed on or under a bench within close proximity of the instrument eliminating the need for long gas piping from cylinders located elsewhere. One delivery of a Gas generator will give 10+ years supply of on-site gas from the same power as 1 or 2 light bulbs, com-pared to the rising and on-going delivery and transportation costs associated with cylinder gases.

INDUSTRIAL N2 GENERATOR

The Maximus is the industrial version of the Ni-trogen LabGas+ generator. Utilising the same PSA (Pressure Swing Absorption) technique, but on a much larger scale, delivering improved flow rates at the same high purity, one industrial unit supply-ing many tools and pieces of equipment.Utilising energy efficient drives, DDS (dew-point dependant switching) desiccant dryers and PDS (purity dependant switching) Maximus generators utilise the most advanced control methods of providing some of the most efficient packaged on-site gas systems available in the World today.
