Enters GHG Inventory Data (Add/Edit/Delete Scenarios)

Run Forecasting Methods, Calculate ROI, and View GIS Map

Run/View/Download Reports

SSO or Agency Designee serves as the Agency Account Administrator

SSO assigns agency account administrator(s) for their agency

Has all the permissions of an Agency User, plus:

Selects/controls data to rollup to the agency level Creates and manages site information for their agency

Creates and manages users for their agency
