Im happy to back in this building

I started the HRD Program here a couple of years ago.

It was extremely difficult for me to keep a balance between the demands of the program, dual full-time jobs in the Federal government and at home as mother and wife

I decided to go a different route and obtain my CPLP and join Metro DC ASTD to be the best L&D professional that I could be

That worked for me because I had been working in the field for over 15 years and had a firm foundation
