Today's church frequently is permission-
withholding. The future vital church is
permission-giving where it comes to
ministry while holding to central values and
convictions.
Levels of Sending
(1) Do what I/we tell you.
(2) Ask me/us what to do.
(3) Ask me/us for permission before acting.
(4) Act on your own but tell me/us immediately.
(5) Act on your own and routinely keep me/us posted.
(6) Act on your own.
