everything from their minds but the Lord Jesus, and believe that He's standing present right now, and you'll see something happening that'll cause headlines in newspaper in the morning. That's

right. It's atmosphere.


And it's the atmosphere that brings the miraculous, and wonders, and powers of God among the people.

It's the atmosphere of the people. And when people get to a place they're reasoning, and

wondering, and stewing, and thinking, and all tore up, and don't know where they do stand, half of them not even Scripturally taught, how can you

expect the atmosphere to be right? You can't do it; it won't be right. It's got to be in one accord, one

place, and set around with one motive, one thing, then you're going to see something happen.


E-22 Put the right kind of a music on the piano, the organ, and everybody in the atmosphere that

Jesus Christ is there and going to meet everything that they have need of, something will

go to taking place: atmosphere. But that's the hardest thing there is to do. And that is to get people

in that atmosphere, the atmosphere of worship, the atmosphere of believing.


E-23 And that's the reason sometimes a Divine life that's been called and set aside has become a

fanatic, or crazy, or--or a mystic, or something to the eyes of the general public is because you're

considered a--a--a--a, I'd say a neurotic, or a insane person, is because that you have changed your

dwelling place and got into a different atmosphere. And your own motive, your one

thoughts is to stay in that atmosphere. Any person that ever come into that atmosphere one time will

never be satisfied nowhere else.


And that's why I believe that we should have our churches under control by the Holy Ghost, that men and women in their work and wherever they

should be, should continually desire, and they will, if they've ever once come into that atmosphere. E-24 Now, being that I'm speaking in the

Assembly of God church amongst Pentecostal people... Now, I've learned to love the Pentecostal people; they're my brothers and sisters. But many

times defining our own ranks of Pentecost, that sometimes our atmosphere becomes an

emotion instead of a worship.


And that soon dies out, and the members become one thing and another. But if we could ever get a

group of people together where was genuine Holy Spirit atmosphere, a sacredness and sincerity and worship, and men and women setting in there are God conscious, and know that the

great omnipotence of God is present, ready to do all things without one shadow of doubt, it'll even have an effect upon the unbelievers that's setting in this evening. You can never come into

that atmosphere without something happening.

E-9 A very, very few of this age will be taken, as we know it. Many people are looking for great

growth, outpour and things. Just remember; mark it in your Bibles: you will not see it. That's THUS SAITH THE LORD. See? You'll not see it.

And it's... The church age is ending now. This is the hour. She's just about finished, and God's pulling His Church. And He's predicted that Laodicean, lukewarm enough to spew out of the mouth. And

that's just exactly the age we're living in, everything hanging just right for the end time and everything.

The Lutheran Age was the springtime. The

Wesleyan Age was the summer of growth. The

Laodicean Age is the harvest time of

gathering the tares for binding and burning; and garnering the wheat for

the Lord.


Harvest time. Have you noticed that in the

harvest time, though there is a real

acceleration in the ripening, there is

consequently a slowing of growth until there is no

growth? Is that not exactly what we are

seeing now?


Where are those vast numbers that keep coming to revivals and answer altar calls? Are not most of them merely emotional in their approach, or desirous of something physical rather than

desiring that which is truly Spiritual? Is this age not like the day in which Noah entered the ark, and the

door was shut, but yet God tarried in judgment seven days? No one was literally turned to God in

those silent days.


And to her, God is sending the Prophet-Messenger with the vindicated ministry that he might be

accepted by the elect. They will hear him as the first church heard Paul, and she will mature in the

Word until becoming a Word Bride the mighty works will be found in her that are always attendant

upon the pure Word and faith.

"We Baptist, we got it. They haven't got nothing to do with it." "We Methodists, we got it." The arms of God reach from sea to sea, and from shore to shore, can save through the utmost. But that's

what we find in these places where we go.


E-24 Because that unbelief, the cares of the world has bound the people until it cannot produce

spiritual growth. That's what's the matter with our nation. That's the matter with our churches. They

have no joy, and the joy of the Lord has departed, as was written one time in the Scripture, the Hebrew

word of "Ichabod," which means, "The Presence of the Lord has departed."

That's over our churches, because that we left off of the original foundation, and placed ourselves into

creeds and denominations, and permitted the things of the world to dry up our experience with God.


Thus it is with the church today. That when the church gets away from the fountain of Life, when it gets

away from the joys of salvation, when it gets away from the Lord God, then that person becomes a

sticker, always finding fault, sticking. Don't you...?... me come up. "I'm a Presbyterian, I'm a Methodist, I'm

a So-and-so. Don't talk to me about that stuff." A sticker, it has no fruits.

You take that same plant, cactus, and put it into a land for a few generations where there's plenty of water, and that sticker will unfold, and will come a soft

leaf bearing fruit.

E-36 You'd like to feel like they did on the day of Pentecost? Wouldn't you love to have the joy they had? When God poured in His life into the first

branch of the tree, that tree begin to act like drunken people. They staggered under the impact of

down here by the side. Talk about a Sodom and Gomorrah, talk about a day of judgment at hand, when God in His mercy, showing everything that He can do, and people so Gospel-hardened till they walk right

...something in there growing out, pushing out, making bigger, the Holy Spirit, growing.

The new birth... If a birth is born from the outside, from the inside out, the child, it grows if it lives. If it doesn't, it remains. Is that right? Well, when a birth is on the inside, shouldn't it grow? The Christ in your heart ought to be growing daily, getting bigger, more

powerful, understanding things better, forgiving, walking on as God would, till Christ be formed in

you, the hope of glory.


167 We must contend with the weak until they are fully matured in Christ Jesus. Then they're good

soldiers. Then they've got on the full armor. Talk about them, don't hurt them. Laugh at them, make fun of

them, they don't pay no attention to it. They got one thing; they're just so big, my, just so full of glory. The only thing they have to drop is this old robe of flesh,

and just go right on to glory. See?


Somebody say, "You know, somebody said you was a hypocrite, Mrs. Jones?"

"Did? Well, God bless them.""Do you know a certain-certain things is going on at

that church, oughtn't to be going?""Well, I'll pray for it." See? Big.

Oh, if you're little, then you say, "Oh, it is? Let me get in. Which side must I join?" See? There's where you

get in trouble. That's where you can't mature.


But when you get big enough, large enough (You see?), swelled out, not only swelled out but growed

out, Christ growing in you, growing out malice, taking it out of you, pushing it out... As God comes in, just

pushes out. You say, "Oh, how little, how juvenile it is, how much kids it is to argue and fuss." But first thing

you know, that just grows on over top of it. Ain't got no more room for it. "Oh, I used to hate to see this and hate that. But you know, I just got so I just don't pay

any attention to it no more." You're growing. Yes, sir.


In here, here's where you're supposed to spread out, get bigger, in your heart on the inside. When Christ comes into the heart, then He comes into the mouth, then He comes into the eyes, and He comes into the

mind.He comes into the mouth. He makes you talk different.

You don't talk like you used to. Christ got in your mouth. Done growed now from your heart, your love

you had for Him, till you can bridle your tongue. Brother, that's a great thing.


Then the next thing you know, it grows into your eyes. The next thing you know, you find out, that old lustful

things you used to look at, you'll turn your head. You're growing.

Then the first thing you know, you still turn your head, but you're thinking. See? After while, it grows into your

mind; you don't even think about it no more. Then you're just a great big boy then. You're coming into a

full matured man living for the Lord. So then you are in Christ then, a new creature.
