The FlexiLine® production system, which manufactures FlexiTrays®, is now available for your greenhouse or manufacturing facility.
The FlexiLine® tray filling system blends organic materials with Grow-Tech’s hydrophillic binders. The
result is a stabilized plug in each side of the tray.

Substrate Shaver
Substrate ShaverIn this stage substrates are dumped
into the shaver where they are processed to be sent to the mixer.
Mixing Station

Mixing StationIn this stage substrates from the
shaver are mixed with a formulation of micro-nutrients and biologicals.
This station also holds the special polymer manufactured by Grow-Tech.

Mixing HeadIn this is stage the substrates
from the mixer are mixed with Grow-Tech’s polymer. The mix is then poured into a propagation
tray.
Curing Conveyor

Curing ConveyorThe filled propagation trays are
then sent down a conveyor that is programmed for optimal curing time.
Dibbling Station

Dibbling StationThe next station places a dibble in each cell of the propagation tray.
Tray Stacking

Tray StackingThe last station is tray stacking. Finished trays are stacked and
packaged for transport.
Servicing of FlexiLine®
The FlexiLine® has remote diagnostic tools to help you with preventative maintenance and service.
Our staff will also visit your facility to service the FlexiLine® when needed.
