Gas generationA new division of PSM business – gas cogeneration plants –

was opened in the fall of 2011. Cogeneration sets are an eco-

nomically sound and energy efficient solution for production

facilities as well as housing and public utilities. Cogeneration

plants allow for the prompt implementation of reliable fully

autonomous power and heat supply system in order to cut

energy consumption.

PSM designs and implements projects of complex energy

supply up to 55 MW power based on gas cogeneration plants

Guascor (Spain), MTU (Germany), ÌWM (Germany). We carry

out key ready projects: from conceptual design and hardware

versions of autonomous energy system to cogeneration

plants installation, balancing, commissioning and service

maintenance. Customers trust, employees professionalism

and high level of technological infrastructure allowed to

successfully accomplish first power supply projects, based on

gas reciprocating power plants for agricultural and industrial

Diesel generator setsPSM is Russia's largest manufacturer of diesel generator sets

with a market share of 25% (according to 2011 results).

Series-produced PSM diesel generator sets are based on

Russian diesel engines which are easy to operate and to

maintain as well as on technically perfect imported engines

and synchronous alternators Marathon Electric, Leroy Somer,

Mecc Alte. The series ÀÄ (12 - 400 kW) is powered by Russian

diesel engines YaMZ, TMZ, ÌÌZ. The series AD (8 - 2000 kW)

are powered by Volvo Penta (Sweden), John Deere (USA),

Doosan (South Korea) and MTU (Germany) engines. On spe-

cial projects Lombardini (Italy), Mitsubishi (Japan), Cummins

and Perkins (United Kingdom) engines are used. Along with

basic gensets models PSM offers a wide range of additional

equipment and different packaging types and also designs

special customized modifications of diesel generator sets ta-

king into account individual customer's needs and operating

conditions.

Bi-fuel generator setsPSM manufactures and supplies bi-fuel generator sets running

on gas and diesel fuel and running on diesel fuel and crude

companies. Special machines have been designed by our

company's engineers and are suitable for construction,

oil & gas complex as well as for housing and municipal servi-

Tank drainage units

PSM offers pipeline hydrostatic testing units of AN or ÀÎ types

based on PSM diesel pump sets. Units are designed for washing

and cleaning of pipes and conducting hydrostatic tests of trans-

fer and field pipelines.

BLOCK-MODULAR CONSTRUCTIONS

PSM offers containers and block-modular constructions,

designed for installation of special equipment: diesel generator

sets, pump sets, compressor units and boiler houses. In-house

container production allows to produce containers, according
