We believe that being supplied by the best local farms allows you to enjoyingredients at their peak of flavor. Whether it is the first strawberry of the summer
or a carefully aged goat’s milk cheese, we want to know the path your foodhas taken from the farm to your table. Skamania Lodge takes pride in its sustainability efforts – therefore, we use individual or smaller portion sizes when possible and refresh
more often to reduce waste. We have partnered with farms and producers in the Columbia River Gorge to ensure that when you dine at Skamania Lodge you
are truly getting a taste of the Northwest’s finest ingredients. Enjoy the bounty of what our growers have produced as we commit to use sustainable
Northwest farm products whenever possible.

MENUSSkamania has provided a series of signature rotational menus designed to fit your
needs and budget – and that make the planning process easier.
All Buffets will incur a fee of $250.00 per half hour if requested for longer than the standard two-hour service.
Menu selections are to be submitted to your conference planner no later than 30 days prior to your event date. Signed and confirmed event orders are to be submitted no later than two weeks prior.
Our Chef’s philosophy is to create a memorable culinary experience through smaller portions, impactful presentations and thoughtful menu design, purposely intended to minimize waste through
each process. Food will be prepared for your guaranteed number of guests.Final meal attendance guarantees are due three business days before your event start date.
Dietary Needs and Allergies: Please let your conference planner know at any time if you anticipate your guests may have any dietary restrictions. We will be happy to assist
you and your guests to make sure they have something to enjoy!
