PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES AND PPE REQUIREMENT FOR

GRINDING

Precautionary measures:

Inspect and test your grinder

before using ensure for no crack

or defect

Ensure a secure base and stable

footing by keeping the work area

free of tripping hazards.

Do not wear loose fitting clothing,jewelry or other items that couldbecome entangled in moving parts.

Tuck or secure long hair.

DISC INSTALLATION (HITACHIMANUAL)

1) Use a wrench

2) Switch off power source

3) Make sure the surface of spindle in suitable

position.4) Install a wheel washer on spindle.

5) Use suitable disc and put on wheel washer.

6) Tighten the disc using wheel nut.7) Push the pushbutton to make the spindle

motionless.
