This machine crushers materials with impact force. When the materials enter the blow bar area, they are crushed duo to the high-speed impactof the blow bar and are thrown to the impact plates on the rotor for secondary crush. Then the materials will be shot back to the blow bar againfor the third crush. This process repeats until the materials are crushed to the required size and discharged from the lower part of the machine.The size and shape of the finished powder can be changed by adjusting the gap between the impact rack and rotor support. � Wet Magnetic Separator

he magnetic field of SMSX series of permanent magnet drum magnetic separator has two kinds of structures: rotating and fixed. The fixedis suitable for wet sorting of fine particles of strongly magnetic material in weak magnetic fields, or removing the non-magnetic minerals

in the strong magnetic minerals. When the slurry is injected into the magnetic field, the strong magnetic mineral is adsorbed on the cylindersurface, the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are successively excluded, the strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder wastaken out of the magnetic field with the rotation of the cylinder. The rotating one is suitable for dry sorting of fine strong magnetic minerals, forthe role of high-speed rotation, the amount of rolling of the magnetic particles in Wet magnetic separator is much larger than the ordinarymagnetic separator. It has a significant the effect for the destruction of magnetic agglomeration and improves the high-grade ore. There are twokinds of sorted materials: magnetic material and non-magnetic material, the machine is suitable for roughing and selecting materials whosesizes are 6-0mm.
