Greythorn’s standard candidate screening process is a three-part process:
Telephone screen – Typically performed by a Technical Recruiter/Technical Specialist
Face to Face Interview – Typically performed by Technical Specialist and Account Manager (If candidate is not local a second phone screen by the technical specialist and/or account manager is carried out)
Reference Checks – Minimum of 2 completed references are obtained and processed for each candidate (supplied to Client if requested)
Cultural Fit – Determines whether the individual will fit in with the organization’s culture and ways of working.
Technical Fit – Determines if the candidate has the correct level of technical skills to ensure they can carry out thejob functions. Written technical tests may be administered, either generic tests or tests developed in conjunction with Areva T&D.
Personal Fit – Includes assessing the candidates start availability, income requirements, ability to relocate, and benefits/perks expectations. Any thing that may be a factor in whether the candidate will take the position if offered.

• Human Resource Management- Facilitate all necessary project staff.
• Project Communications - Determine, along with client manager, the information and communications flow; such as methods for providing information, status of project, and frequency.
• Project Scope - Design and implement the necessary processes and techniques to manage and execute services required for the scope of work.
• Project Schedule - Mutually agreed upon by the Greythorn and Client management team.
• Deliverables for Project Scope and Project Schedule - Scope of work and schedule change notices and corrective action reports- Project milestone schedule
• Project Closeout - Facilitate a closeout meeting for the project.
