THURSDAY: UPPER SCHOOL MID-TERM EXAMS BEGIN

THURSDAY: ICCS BASKETBALL AT HOME VERSUS

PRESTONWOOD CHRISTIAN…GAME BEGINS AT 4 P.M.

THIS FRIDAY: HALF OF VOLUNTEER HOURS DUE!!! ***HALF OF THE FAMILY VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT IS DUE BY NOON THIS FRIDAY, DECEMBER 15: Please turn in your Volunteer Hours by December 15 which reflects at least half of the 35-hour requirement.

Families who do not turn in forms with at least 17.5 hours will be billed for the $350 Volunteer Fee. Please contact Jen Ordonez in the office if

you have questions.

ICCS requires that all families complete a minimum of 35 hours of school-related volunteer hours per year. Every volunteer must be certified in

diocesan safe environment training. If you are not certified, please contact the school office or your parish within the Diocese of Ft. Worth to sign up.

Parents/Individuals who are not certified will not be allowed to volunteer. If you do not plan to volunteer, you may pay the $350 volunteer fee. Please

contact the school office for more details.

KEEPING CHILDREN & YOUTH SAFE If you serve in ANY MINISTRY here at ICC, you must have current Safe Environment Certification If you are thinking of becoming a new volunteer, please contact Terry Scaggs. Safe

Environment Coordinator, for all requirements and training of the Safe Environment Program. Please note that all requirements and training must be completed PRIOR TO SERVING in a ministry. Currently, the Safe Environment initial training is now being completed online in the “Safe and Sacred” Program. This will take the place of having

to attend “live” classes. Your Safe Environment certification is valid for three years from the date you complete the initial training. Retraining - You will be notified by email or called when you are due to take your retraining. If you
