TALLARINES VERDES

Ingredientes:

- 1 k de tallarines

- 2/3 de taza de leche evaporada, aproximadamente

- 300 g de hojas de albahaca frescas

- ½ k de hojas de espinacas frescas, lavadas

- ¼ de taza de nueces picadas

- ½ taza de aceite, aproximadamente

- 400 g de queso fresco

- 120 g de queso parmesano rallado, aproximadamente (opcional)

- Sal

Preparación:

Empieza esta receta poniendo agua en una olla y luego colocas las hojas de espinaca por partes por un tiempo de un minuto. Después, retíralo, escúrrelo y déjalo secar.

De ahí, pon a soasar las hojas de albahaca tenuemente en una sartén. En la licuadora echa las espinacas, las hojas de albahaca, el aceite, la leche, las nueces y el queso fresco. Licúalo hasta que notes que se forma una crema espesa. Sazónalo con sal y agrega el queso parmesano al gusto, según tu gusto.

Cocina los tallarines con una gran cantidad de agua y según tu preferencia. Déjalo cocinar hasta que estén “al diente”. Finalmente, escúrrelo y regrésalo a la olla. Echa la cantidad necesaria de la salsa, caliéntala y sírvelo de inmediato.
