CONDOMINIUM SALES BEL AIR - HOLMBY HILLS

In Bel Air - Holmby Hills there were 13 single family home sales in July 2014, down from 17 in July 2013 and a 18% increase

from the 11 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in July 2014 was $3,345,308

compared to $3,566,762 for July 2013, representing a 6% decrease. For the three-month period from May to July 2014,

the average list price was 44% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for July 2014 was

$3,164,615, compared to that of May through July 2014, which was $4,611,349. Comparing July 2014 to June 2014, Bel Air

- Holmby Hills saw a 22% decrease in average sale price, and a 9% decrease compared to same month of the prior year.

JULY MARKET OVERVIEW

BEVERLY CENTER - MIRACLE MILE

In Beverly Center - Miracle Mile there were 17 single family home sales in July 2014, down from 21 in July 2013 and a

6% increase from the 16 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in July 2014 was

$1,609,618 compared to $1,453,281 for July 2013, representing an 11% increase. For the three-month period from May to

July 2014, the average list price was 14% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for July 2014

was $1,603,150, compared to that of May through July 2014, which was $1,481,215. Comparing July 2014 to June 2014,

Beverly Center - Miracle Mile saw a 11% increase in average sale price, and a 13% increase compared to same month of

the prior year.

BEVERLY HILLS

In Beverly Hills there were 12 single family home sales in July 2014, down from 14 in July 2013 and a 8% decrease from the

13 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in July 2014 was $4,461,250 compared to

$4,900,857 for July 2013, representing a 9% decrease. For the three-month period from May to July 2014, the average list

price was 13% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for July 2014 was $4,279,500, compared

to that of May through July 2014, which was $5,104,901. Comparing July 2014 to June 2014, Beverly Hills saw a 2%

increase in average sale price, but a 6% decrease compared to same month of the prior year.

In Beverly Hills Post Office there were 14 single family home sales in July 2014, down from 20 in July 2013 and a 27%

increase from the 11 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in July 2014 was

$3,096,929 compared to $3,594,550 for July 2013, representing a 14% decrease. For the three-month period from May

to July 2014, the average list price was 19% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for July 2014

was $3,017,643, compared to that of May through July 2014, which was $2,547,291. Comparing July 2014 to June 2014,

Beverly Hills Post Office saw a 23% increase in average sale price, but a 14% decrease compared to same month of the

JULY MARKET OVERVIEWIn Hollywood there were 16 condominium sales in July 2014, up from 10 in July 2013 and a 11% decrease from the 18 sales

closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in July 2014 was $617,825 compared to $525,800 for July 2013,

representing an 18% increase. For the three-month period from May to July 2014, the average list price was 24% higher

than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for July 2014 was $611,869, compared to that of May through

July 2014, which was $704,790. Comparing July 2014 to June 2014, Hollywood saw a 4% decrease in average sale price,

but a 15% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

2013, representing a 34% increase. For the three-month period from May to July 2014, the average list price was 15%

higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for July 2014 was $522,475, compared to that of May

2013, representing a 10% increase. For the three-month period from May to July 2014, the average list price was 17%

higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for July 2014 was $497,107, compared to that of May

$2,114,559 compared to $1,646,994 for July 2013, representing a 28% increase. For the three-month period from May

to July 2014, the average list price was 13% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for July

2014 was $2,039,534, compared to that of May through July 2014, which was $2,169,847. Comparing July 2014 to June

2014, Sunset Strip - Hollywood Hills West saw a 3% decrease in average sale price, but a 24% increase compared to same

JULY MARKET OVERVIEWIn Westwood - Century City there were 51 condominium sales in July 2014, down from 53 in July 2013 and a 11% increase

from the 46 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in July 2014 was $1,451,870 compared to

$869,643 for July 2013, representing a 67% increase. For the three-month period from May to July 2014, the average list

price was 43% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for July 2014 was $1,405,139, compared

to that of May through July 2014, which was $1,189,099. Comparing July 2014 to June 2014, Westwood - Century City saw

a 37% increase in average sale price, and a 65% increase compared to same month of the prior year.
