CONDOMINIUM SALES BEL AIR - HOLMBY HILLS

In Bel Air - Holmby Hills there were 10 single family home sales in August 2014, down from 12 in August 2013 and a 23%

decrease from the 13 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in August 2014 was

$3,042,500 compared to $6,054,158 for August 2013, representing a 50% decrease. For the three-month period from

June to August 2014, the average list price was 17% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for

August 2014 was $2,849,680, compared to that of June through August 2014, which was $3,359,268. Comparing August

2014 to July 2014, Bel Air - Holmby Hills saw a 10% decrease in average sale price, and a 51% decrease compared to same

month of the prior year.

BEVERLY CENTER - MIRACLE MILE

In Beverly Center - Miracle Mile there were 19 single family home sales in August 2014, down from 28 in August 2013 and

a 12% increase from the 17 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in August 2014

was $1,433,318 compared to $1,115,300 for August 2013, representing a 29% increase. For the three-month period from

June to August 2014, the average list price was 17% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for

August 2014 was $1,441,684, compared to that of June through August 2014, which was $1,494,943. Comparing August

2014 to July 2014, Beverly Center - Miracle Mile saw a 10% decrease in average sale price, but a 29% increase compared

to same month of the prior year.

AUGUST MARKET OVERVIEW

BEVERLY HILLS

In Beverly Hills there were 14 single family home sales in August 2014, down from 24 in August 2013 and a 17% increase

from the 12 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in August 2014 was $5,621,571

compared to $5,934,958 for August 2013, representing a 5% decrease. For the three-month period from June to August

2014, the average list price was 5% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for August 2014 was

$5,253,030, compared to that of June through August 2014, which was $4,599,755. Comparing August 2014 to July 2014,

Beverly Hills saw a 23% increase in average sale price, but a 6% decrease compared to same month of the prior year.

2014 was $3,990,779 compared to $2,120,171 for August 2013, representing an 88% increase. For the three-month

period from June to August 2014, the average list price was 11% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average

sales price for August 2014 was $3,682,439, compared to that of June through August 2014, which was $3,099,388.

16 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in August 2014 was $1,027,272 compared to $617,523 for

August 2013, representing a 66% increase. For the three-month period from June to August 2014, the average list price

was 22% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for August 2014 was $994,111, compared

to that of June through August 2014, which was $701,567. Comparing August 2014 to July 2014, Hollywood saw a 62%

to $424,383 for August 2013, representing an 18% increase. For the three-month period from June to August 2014,

AUGUST MARKET OVERVIEWIn Westwood - Century City there were 47 condominium sales in August 2014, down from 68 in August 2013 and a 8%

decrease from the 51 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in August 2014 was $898,132

compared to $1,016,331 for August 2013, representing a 12% decrease. For the three-month period from June to August

2014, the average list price was 29% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for August 2014

was $866,354, compared to that of June through August 2014, which was $1,106,975. Comparing August 2014 to July

2014, Westwood - Century City saw a 38% decrease in average sale price, and a 14% decrease compared to same month

of the prior year.
