Day 3: Alice Springs (B)Today is free to explore Alice Springs, Australia’s most famous Outback town.

The Aviation Museum and the original Royal Flying Doctor Service are iconic Alice attractions well worth visiting. Overnight at ibis Styles Alice Springs.

Day 4: Alice Springs to Uluru (Ayers Rock) (B)Depart Alice Springs and travel through the West MacDonnell and James ranges. Stop at a camel farm for an optional camel ride (own expense). Travel to the 36 immense rock domes of Kata Tjuta. Enjoy a guided walk into Walpa Gorge before travelling to the Uluru sunset viewing area to watch the sunset and the kaleidoscope of colours that make Uluru. Day 5: Uluru (Ayers Rock) Rise early and return to Uluru to watch the amazing sunrise. Tour the base of Uluru, before a guided walk to Mutitjulu waterhole. Visit the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural

Day 1: DarwinToday is a free day to enjoy all Darwin has to offer. Arrival is at your convenience to check in to your hotel in the afternoon. Overnight at Holiday Inn Esplanade Darwin.

Day 2: Darwin to kakadu National Park (BL)Depart Darwin to head east into World Heritage Listed Kakadu National Park.

Take a guided walk to Nourlangie Rock and view the ancient galleries of Aboriginal rock art. After lunch, join a guided cruise on the Yellow Water Billabong, keeping a look out for saltwater crocodiles. Overnight at Gagudju Crocodile Holiday Inn.

Day 3: kakadu National Park to Darwin (L)Travel by 4WD to Ubirr to see superbly preserved Aboriginal rock art. Join an Aboriginal guide for the Guluyambi Cultural cruise on the East Alligator River and with special permission, take a short walk into Arnhem Land (conditions permitting). Stop at Bowali Visitor Centre before returning to Darwin. Overnight at Holiday Inn Esplanade Darwin.

Day 4: The Ghan Darwin to Alice Springs (RD)Depart on The Ghan this morning, stopping at Katherine where you can enjoy an off-train Explore and Discover stop at Katherine Gorge. Reboard The Ghan for the overnight journey to Alice Springs.

HOW TO BOOKContact your licensed travel agent who will request a reservation for you. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of the price, which will be subject to change until written confirmation of the reservation. All reservations are subject to availability.

PrIceS anD cOnDIT IOnSPrices in this brochure are valid for travel from 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2014, unless otherwise specified. Prices are in Australian Dollars, unless otherwise specified, and include GST where applicable.

All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. Prices are provided as a guide only and may vary due to changes in surcharges, fees or taxes or due to currency fluctuations. PenSIOner cOnceSSIOnSPensioner prices featured in holiday packages are available to holders of an Australian Government issued Pension Concession Card or Commonwealth Seniors Health Card (CSHC). Cards must be valid at the time of booking and travel.

To receive concessional rail travel fares, Great Southern Rail is required to confirm your eligibility for the concession electronically with Centrelink. If you do not want this to happen you will need to contact Centrelink to obtain a Pension Concession Letter as proof of your eligibility for the concession and provide this directly to Great Southern Rail before the concession can be given.

Deposi tA minimum non-refundable deposit of $55 per adult or $110 per booking, whichever is the greater, is required

within 7 days of confirmation of your booking, unless otherwise advised at the time of booking. A deposit holds services but does not guarantee prices.

Fina l PaymentFull payment of your holiday cost must be made no later than 48 days prior to travel. For bookings made 48 days or less prior to travel, full payment of holiday cost is required at the time your booking is confirmed. Bookings cannot be made less than 7 days prior to travel.

Please ensure payments are made by the due dates. If this does not happen, our computer system automatically cancels the booking without notice or liability to you.

Only upon payment of the full cost of your holiday do you have a final booking with the Supplier of the relevant good and/or service. In arranging your booking, Sunlover Holidays is acting as the agent of the Supplier of the relevant Product and at no time do you have a contract with Sunlover Holidays.

aMenDMenT FeeSAny amendment to your booking is subject to the approval of the relevant Supplier. Any approved change to your booking prior to, at or after making final payment will incur an amendment fee of $27 in addition to any fees imposed by the Supplier.

cancellaTIOnS anD reFunDSPrior to final payment: There will be no refund of your deposit.

after final payment: There will be no refund of your deposit, in addition to any fees imposed by the Supplier, which may be up to 100% of monies paid.

after travel: There will be no refund for cancellation once travel has commenced or for any unused services. Requests for refunds received more than 6 months after departure date will not be accepted.

luGGaGeA total of 50kg of checked-in luggage per guest is allowed on the train (two items not exceeding 25kg each and 180 linear cm). For Platinum Service a total of 75kg of checked in luggage per guest is allowed on the train. An additional fee may apply to excess luggage. Checked in luggage cannot be accessed during the journey, so you should bring an overnight bag to the cabin containing everything needed for the journey. Smart casual attire is suggested for Platinum Service and Gold Service. Warm clothes are recommended for evenings on board, as the air-conditioning can be cool.
